A 14 year old boy name MOD EDIT sexually abused my daughter in the library during toddler story time . She is 3. He has a record of this activity with the department of children and families according to the prosecutor. Yet no conviction or punishment. There is no minimum sentencing for youth who rape babies inthe jeuvinile justice system of floria. They might get probation if anything. The government goes out of its ways to seal his records and give him many chances to rape kids or reform before he is 18 and will have to pay for his crimes! How many pedofiles is the department of children and families and the jeuvinile justice system hiding from us? Why don't we have a right as victims to demand justice and why are they allowed to rape our children until they turn 18? We can't file a civil suit to demonstrate negligence of his family and the government as they know he is a pedofile because they are not allowing us to access his records.

If your baby girl was sexually abused, i am deeply enraged that you could allow it to happen at a library at toddler story time, when you had to have witnessed it and not taken action into your own hands. Alas i do not know the laws the regard child pedos so i dont know if you can just beat the living hell out of him if you saw him doing that to your daughter. Of course he would probably cahrge you for assault or a similar charge and get away with it because he is a 14 year old child predator, you should still protect your child!
i read that.... just... HOW could a school even be allowed to carryout an operation like that? and they just threw the families case out the window even though they had EVIDENCE that she had been sexually mutiliated by some one! im losing faith in humans again.
You are blaming the parent for the crime committed on his child?! Pedophiles are masters of sneaking around mostesting children, they also put themselves in positions of power over children. It's what they do, Excellent parents are fooled. Protective parents are fooled. Pedophiles are criminals and blaming parents for criminal acts is like blaming the victim of a robbery- you shouldn't have been on that street at night. You shouldn't have been in that neighborhood...you should have seen the man walking word you was a criminal.. Parents always feel guilty when their child us molested but it's the criminal that is guilty. Thank you for the opportunity for of saying this- and educational moment. O k this I agree with you. They used her and abandoned her and then punished her and got away with it. It's the worst example of institutional evil.
perhaps i was a bit to harsh but i wouldn't allow my three year old daughter to be left alone in a public place, for an extended ammount of time sorry to the greiving parent. Did she just find the 14 year old in the act? if she did i hope she knocked his lights out
