Yes, Possum, you're right - it does say that Jan Eastgate aka Janice Meyer, the head of the scientology front group Citizens Commision for Human Rights (otherwise known as CCHR) will appear in court again charged with perverting the course of justice in a case involving the sexual abuse of a child. The case continues to be heard in Australia's Downing Centre Court. The matter has been set down for a 2 day committal hearing on 15 and 16 May 2012. The matter has also be listed for mention on 24 April 2012 to confirm the above hearing.
I've been posting the news on scientology youtube videos. I'm blocked from the official churchofscientology and CCHRInt youtube channels but I got a couple in on the CCHRlondon youtube channel. Of course even that one doesn't go though on the public comments but some lonely scilon somewhere has to actually read it in order to disapprove it.
