I have not read the last 10 pages. Did I miss anything worthwhile?

Thanks to Tikk and XIL etc. for bringing up some great points on legal aspects. Regardless, the whole case is a work in progress and, most comments most of the conjecture here, opinions, advice-blah-blah are speculation w/o actual dox etc.
Maybe let's just stick to the bottom line of gloat, CoS shill joins the legions of screwed-up Scientologists who have made bad decisions.
It is not like this has never happened before.
I feel that some focus should be, as far as hive is concerned, would be gathering other info that relates to this, ie. other cases of coersion, other cases of child abuse. Working on packaging this as a presentable effort seems to me far more constructive than bickering about who's views are right or wrong.
Lets not forget what the target is, the cult in general (imho), and in that light not be too distracted by what an individual's opinion may be.
The evil continues to walk amongst the peoples, and there are many crimes to be yet exposed, this latest hit is just a blade of grass in a huge field, but an important blade non-the-less.
We all can bitch and speculate, of that there is little doubt, but does it do any good to reach beyond the facts that have been established?
Let more info come out on how it will proceed, lets the cult squirm more.
Abuse within CoS? Say it is so, document, time-line, package it into something everyone can understand with links etc..
Been done in the past, no reason not to keep the battle updated.
I do think that the people involved (victims) also deserve due consideration, not to have others 'over speculate'. Don't know if that makes much senses, but I mean that folks in general, whilst offering support, should be aware that it is fairly easy to re-victimise a person by dragging out a bunch of shite that is not any of our's business. I mean this on a personal level.
Sit back, I think, and watch the show. If you have something to offer that is relevant, then do so, otherwise stfu, as I am going to do right now.
