And last but not least, the dear departed Mary Sue Hubbard herself.

Was she cut off completely? No indeedy, they took her money too.

    So sayeth Wikipedia:

"Mary Sue Hubbard continued to be active in Scientology well into the 1990s; in a 1994 Scientology magazine, she was listed as a "Patron" of the International Association of Scientologists, indicating a donation of $40,000."

CoS said to IRS in 1993 that the "principal wrongdoers" GO members were removed from staff permanently barred from ever serving on staff ... in any capacity." That doesn't mean they are no longer good standing members. Unindicted co-conspirator Kendrick Moxon has been working for CoS as a lawyer though. Does that make CoS statement to the IRS false? [ref]

The crew did their times, didn't blow, covered LRon's sorry ass and protected the cult like good little scilons do; no reason to quit them, especially being trained peons/money earners/blind obedients.

My point here is that the good little members are told these people were excommunicated and tossed out.

    And they were not.

I think that that this idea that they never served on staff again is untrue as well.

The point I was trying to make is that they actually believe they were tossed. If shown, clearly they were not, and that these people are moving up the bridge and auditing people, that sets up a cognitive dissonance in the "highly ethical" scientologist, and may actually make them think.

I didn't know that ignoring him was an option.

If he comes back, I certainly will.

So, when someone is dubbed "the cancer that's killing Chanology", they're actually "the cancer that's killing the cancer that's killing Clearwater"? And if that person actually gets cancer, their cancer will be "the cancer that's killing the cancer that's killing the cancer that's killing Clearwater"?

This is getting kind of cool.

You make a very good point and back it up with appropriate citations. why not add it to the comments in the stpete times editorial so the seaorgers posting there can see it to?

What I was refering to is infiltration of US government agencies and theft of documents. There's no proof AFAIK of this happening, not to mention on such as scale. From Snowe White there is a list with agencies and a status report on the degree of infiltration. It contained CIA, NSA and FBI among numerous others if I'm not mistaken. On the other hand if it was happening at the moment we couldn't expect proof either if it's done succesfully. I agree that the practice of infiltration hasn't stopped in general, not least because of a fax found in the greek investigation signed with CHIEF PGMS SNOW WHITE or something like that. That fax dated from the mid 1990s well after the GO. Certainly there is infiltration on the shady but legal level, such as NFWL. AFAIK this isn't illegal, just dubious.

I know about the missing files in France, even if there is no proof AFAIK of Scientology involvement. Could you point me to dox regarding missing court files in Spain? I only know of an alleged intervention by the United States embassy on behalf of Scientology, which has been backed up by an alleged email from the process of this intervention. With regards to Riverside, if you're refering to AO's case and the written confirmation by the DA that evidence was destroyed, is it really certain that this was illegal and not some normal procedure which only appears unusual in light of the circumstances?

You know, I could be wrong, because I tried a quick google search and found nothing. IIRC, there was a court case in Spain that was halted because of missing dox. It was a few years ago, and I may be confusing Spain with France.

No evidence of Scilon involvement in the France case of disappearing documents has surfaced, but if you know how they think, they were clearly involved.

One and a half books of evidence went missing. The notebook with half the files missing had only Scientology related dox removed, according to that excellent French program about the court case.

It would be ethical for Scilons to remove Scientology related documents. It would be unethical to take unrelated dox. That would be why they left a notebook with half the dox missing, even though that action leaves evidence pointing straight at the cult, if you know what to look for.

However, there's no tangible proof. More's the pity.

Re. France, the whole pile contained Scientology documents. The surprise was to find that one and a half tome disappeared out of the whole pile, and it just so happened that the removed parts corresponded to exactly two years of filings. And as per French laws, if a case has no documents filed for 2 years or more, the case is closed. Following the disappearance, Scientology lawyer came in and pointed out that the case had been dormant for two years and asked for it to be closed. Fortunately, the defense lawyers were able to prove to the judge that they did indeed had filed and the case wasn't dismissed in the end.

That "Allan" character is losing his marbles in a very public way.

    Always good to see. :)

Also: the FBI, especially in light of two current wars going on, tend to have a much lower focus or acceleration against something comparatively less damaging like the CO$. That doesn't mean there aren't ongoing investigations, just that unless they blow up a building or something it's going to remain a back burner affair.

In my opinion, the more the media can crow about all of this, the better. If it continues the way it has been, the FBI won't even need to do anything (although one never knows: sometimes that's the catalyst.)

The CO$ will just end up having to lay lower, and lower, and lower, until they are no longer in a position to bring in any new recruits, and virtually everybody's first reaction whenever anyone mentions "Scientology" will be "THOSE wackos?!" We're definitely on that road already.

Widespread media attention can trump legal action in several ways, and can save everyone a lot of money in court costs, etc. :) I'm not saying that law enforcement shouldn't pay attention or take action, just that the time that can take is ridiculous, and costly, and can ultimately lead to "not enough evidence", cases being thrown out, etc.

I say this because of the other research I do related to a completely different area, which most definitely involves law enforcement agencies.

Assuming this is all true, that is new news to me, and amazingly slimy (but good job not letting that work, defense lawyers).
