How To: Using Google Maps for Planning For better protest planning I'd recommend local groups leverage the tools google maps provides for us. You can plan marching route, meetup times, planned protest shifts (eg: stay here for 30 minutes then route to waypoint 2), define protest areas, track when and where stress test tables setup, track where Scilons flier, etc. (down to GPS coordinates) Example Setup for Protests: Google Maps Example for recording Scilon Activity: Google Maps Example embedding code: Code: <iframe width="425" height="350" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&amp;hl=en&amp;msa=0&amp;msid=108996756314914051913.00044c9e9b17eabb1fb37&amp;ll=37.795742,-122.403005&amp;spn=0.000977,0.002561&amp;output=embed&amp;s=AARTsJoY1kgeSmzq0YXS7y6XUo3S0Belxw"></iframe><br /><small><a href="http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&amp;hl=en&amp;msa=0&amp;msid=108996756314914051913.00044c9e9b17eabb1fb37&amp;ll=37.795742,-122.403005&amp;spn=0.000977,0.002561&amp;source=embed" style="color:#0000FF;text-align:left">View Larger Map</a></small> Remember folks, flex your 3rd party platforms.
