How to see from a scion perspective

I know that this is very difficult for us, but we also need to see the world through a scion perspective. We need to remember that scions are human too, and they make mistakes. Adolf Hitler was human as well, and he killed how many Jews?!?! Most of the scions are brain-washed to believe the shit that they do. Who in their right mind would believe in some distant alien (Xenu) could be the king of anything? The king of brain-washing, possibly, but come on!!! About the disconnection from family members who aren’t scions, why do that shit??? If anything, most religions encourage their followers to try to convert their families to their religion. SCIENTOLOGY IS A CULT! They always have and always will be. We need to keep in mind that scions are human just like us. Lately, it seems like we’re treating them like demons or like Satan, himself! All humans make mistakes, it’s part of our nature. Scions are not demons just because they have a ridiculous beliefs system and fair game anyone who aren’t members. We need to follow the Golden Rule when we face the scions. “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” If we treat them as humans, maybe a few would think, “Hmmm…they treated me nicely. What do they believe that let him/her do that to me??? I better go find out!” I’m thinking that if some of the scions know the evils of their ways, they will speak out against the church themselves. Does this sound like a good plan to anyone else? (This is kind-of a follow-up on “How to kill a scion with kindness.” Just FYI)

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Compassion for those you stand against is difficult, I know, but it is essential.

Reading more accounts from those who have escaped the cult is one step in understanding the mindset of those poor souls who are still trapped in it.

I see it as something like the Spanish Prisoner con. (The modern variation is the 419 scam.) Just one more payment, and you'll have enlightenment, you'll have power over matter, energy, space and time. If it's not quite working, then you need just a little more auditing, another course, another donation. And by the time you've sunk half your life savings into it, you NEED it to be true, because you can't bear the thought of giving up so much and having nothing to show for it.

There has to be a way to show them that it's never too late to turn back.

I completely disagree. We are not talking about girl scouts down the road who reduce the size of their cookies and not tell anyone.

We are talking about scientology. Whether people that are low on the bridge or high up on the bridge.

They are alligned with an organization that murders, destroys, ETC ETC ETC.

They support this oranization whether they know what the upper management does or not.

It is each and every persons PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY to know what they are supporting and what their belief system is.

They are the bad guys in chanology. Sure there is a matter of civil respect while out picketing but these people are directly or indirectly responsible for people dying, imprisoned, human trafficking, kidnapping, assault, and general douchebaggery on tops of hundreds of other things.

We are at war here people...not a fucking hug raid.

From a scion perspective, you are not treating him nicely, if you criticize his religion in any way.

Yes, buddy, I'm a moralfag. I'll cop to it. But it's funny--why is it that when someone gets out of Scientology and joins the cause, they're recovering victims, but if they're too frightened to leave, they're perpetrators? It's like blaming a battered wife.

The moment you dehumanize another is the moment you dehumanize yourself. This is for the moralfags to talk about--you channyboys can stay in your mom's basements and find some internet polls to vote on so you can feel like you're doing something useful.

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

    1. I am not a channyboy. I didnt come from the chans and I never knew about them until I came to chanology. In fact I rarely go to them unless I feel the need to see shit that bleach cant scrub out of my mind.

    2. Until someone leaves scientology they are perpetrators. They support with their time and money to further along the agenda of scientology.

    3. When someone finally does leave and joins the cause, they are taking personal responsibility and doing their part to undo the damage they either willingly or unwilling participated in (see 2 above).

    4. I dont live in my mommy's basement..I live in her garage tyvm.

    5. Dont talk about fight club.

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

Because by staying in it, they are perpetrating the crimes of scientology. Also, not every scifag is staying in out of fear, not matter how much your moralfag brain wishes it were so.

Also, doing it for the lulz.
  15. Re: How to see from a scion perspective

ok anotherMORALfag here...one that has learned over the past year to support these basement dwellers and mostly try and stay the fuck out of their way

there are LOTS of exmembers contributing very effectively to the aims of this forum, terrific

but this forum is NOT a site for ex-recovery...there are many sites for that such exsci kids, ESMB

moralfags new to the action inevitably get to the above argument...it never ends well

let's all remember that we're ALL SPECIAL SNOWFLAKES, and leave others to what they do best

and ultrapoet, aren't you the one with the hilarious line: 'we are the condo association...we are legion...'?

<3 <3 to all the snowflakes

(and speaking of snow, to make you all feel better, please be advised i still have several feet of it out my front door! FFS)

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

before you take your ball and go home because it seems like your about to quit chanology forever.

WWP is a war room. People tend to forget that when they give out a bunch of kudo's and attaboys. There are other sites set up for all the ass slapping.

It seems the moralfags have tried to make wwp into an outreach program and support group without realizing that anonymous declared war on scientology.

If someone is in scientology then they are the enemy. If they want to leave and join us then sweet. Until they do they can fuck off.

The moralfags must realize that emo circlejerking is allowed on here because it is furthering our agenda. The moment that particular circlejerking stops bringing lulz and/or results then it is excised like the cancer that it is....please see magoo for a history lesson of when a cancer stopped producing results.

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

Excuse me while I moralfag at our buddy for a moment.

    I was agreeing with you.

Until you came out with that gem. Now I'm trying to recall what drive I stored my facepalm pics on.

I'm a big fucking moralfag too, buddy. My entire city is, to some extent. I wound up with Anonymous only after February 10th, I didn't even know what a chan was before that, and still my time on the chans is limited to maybe once or twice a month. Hell, back when I first got involved in this, I was looking into being a fucking therapist. Moralfaggotry, I can handle.

    But.

If I've learned anything from Anonymous, I've learned this (and learned it after more trouble than I care to recall): If the channers and lulzfags want something? You'd better be getting out of their fucking way, my dear moralfag friend, because if you don't you're about to be hit with a steamroller. That's a good thing, you moron. That's what they're good at. They deliver the WTFs and the getting stuff fucking done, we keep the cops off their backs and make sure no one gets killed. We do voice-of-reason for them when planned actions might backfire into an unwanted shitstorm, and they do voice-of-reason for us when we get stuck in one of our CIRCLE OF LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP moments and need someone to tell us to shut the fuck up and get back to work. We've got all bases covered, exactly the way we are. That is why we work. Frankly, I regularly see twice the "usefulness" come out of channers that I see come out of moralfags, because we DO get stuck in our bawwfests where we all gather around and sniffle at each other.

You, sir, are not a moralfag general leading the channer infantry. You're a fucking anon, and not the best one I've ever seen by far. You need those people you want to send away, and you need them more than they (or us) need you. Without the channers all you are is a touchy-feely bunnies/rainbows/sunshine social work major from a generic liberal arts college sitting around bawwing about how he'd like to help some people but can't quite summon the initiative to do so. The channers are your fucking initiative, so shut the fuck up and stop metaphorically cutting off your own arm.

Or better yet, let me get you a sharp object so you can do so literally.

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

    OP.

If you have any concrete ideas about how best to apply 'divide and conquer' thinking to Scientologists in order to dismantle the 'church' in its current form, please make them.

What solution do you have for the many Scientologists who are so mentally vulnerable they need some kind of support but shun the stigma of going the medical route?

What do you think can be done to cause Scientologists to leave in droves if providing information does not reach them? What alternative do you suggest for them

If you think a 'divide and conquer' strategy applied to extant Scientologists is not the correct approach, then what do you think would work better?

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

Look, I honestly do appreciate what Anonymous has done to get the ball rolling and the support they continue to provide. But I'm sick to the back teeth of Anons showing up and bawwwwing about the damn moralfags who are ruining their fun.

No, I'm not taking my ball and going home. I've got an Idle Org getting ready to ramp up in my fucking neighborhood. The efforts of Anonymous are most pertinent to my interests.

I scanned and posted the public notice that landed in my mailbox the day before and put it up here. I showed up at a public meeting last night and fired some pointed questions about the variance they're asking for. I called for backup and got it from my fellow ATLnons. I've been keeping an eye on activity there and letting people know when things happen. I wound up being a one-person protest in front of the Stress Test table they set up there when the global protest was happening one month. (They haven't done it since.)

I've done a hell of a lot more than sit around and sing kum-bah-yah, m'kay?

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

As an ex-Scientologist, I agree with you. But, FYI - there's no evidence that Adolf Hitler killed ANY Jews himself... his henchmen/women did the work for him. Marx said, "Religion is the opiate of the masses."

History has proven how acts of barbarism and cruelty has been perpetuated in the name of religion.. Scientology happens to be one of the more globally organized and profitable cults that have defined this.

Re: How to see from a scion perspective

I'm going out on a limb here, but I'm willing to bet you're well on your way to making Anons (and taken in context I take it you mean lulzfags) sick to the back teeth of moralfags showing up and bawwing at them.

Then again, you think maybe the reason they baww so much is because you give people so much damn reason to baww?
