I'll have you know, Europe DOES celebrate halloween.

We are just like you Americans ( i'm thinking your American) apart from the time zones, food, drinks and basic laws, like in the USA you can drive at 15, in the UK its 17, sex for USA is 18, but in the UK its 16( legal FTW lol.)
