Google Earth & Goldbase

Not sure how to link it but Google Earth has new Goldbase imagery as of 6-17-12.

Good info. Imma gonna need to update my Google Earth. Haven't used it in a long while.

Though I'm not a Bing fan, they do have some nice satellite imagery as well...

Interesting that there isn't any green or cars around the staff apartments.

That's something I've always found interesting, just the number of empty parking spaces in every aerial shot that I've ever seen of that compound. It's like if there are more than two dozen people in the whole damn place that are authorized to drive in and out, it's an exceptionally busy day.

I just compared the Bing photo with Google earth. The bing is older and still shows the running circle, the area around the apartments is greener in the newer google earth photo, it has an 8, june 2012 date.

Good resolution too, you can almost see TC's motorcycle.

Yes, the satellite image resolution is pretty impressive.

Bing is using older but higher resolution images for the Goldbase area than google.

Poor baseball diamond looks neglected. Guess they don't have 9 players for Team RPF.
