Woh, wait. Worker's Comp? Sent this to the likes of Graham Berry? Worker's Comp or Medicare, a host of govt programs like this used to be on a "o noz, you're pts or welfare, out exchange, etc", some kind of list in sci, couldn't do services, or whatever.

And if sci officials made claims into worker's comp for an injured, um, "worker", what's liklihood worker got money or medical? And if sci Only carried this type insurance because it was the law and Never made a claim in all its history, wouldn't that be so improbable and warrant an inquiry? hmmm

So is there a link between Lester & Cantrell LLP (David Cantrell), the lawyers on the cult's side in AnonOrange's civil case against them, and those insurance companies? Specifically the litigation insurance National Union Fire Insurance Company pittsburgh Pennsylvania because I was informed the other day (no dox) that:
I was given the OK to post that yesterday but didn't because of the lack of any linking dox to pass on. I trust the person but the chain of their source was not given.

The attorney doesn't work for the insurance company, but acts as a liaison between his client, the COS, and the insurer. Generally, an insurer will offer to settle a claim for a piddly amount.... $5,000... if it's general liability, but in cases where an insurer believes a violation of law occurred, they can refuse to pay anything because liability policies don't cover "bad faith" acts.

It's my understanding from someone who was deposed in that case that an initial settlement was offered to Anon Orange and he turned it down.

It's a well know fact that many large US firms take out life life insurance policys on their staff, when the staff member dies the firm gets the payment.
    Tinfoil on
Is it possible the COS does this.
    Tin foil off.

Not to check anyones enthusiasm, but it should be noted this info is from a DMV site, and relates specifically to 'Golden Era's' "fleet" of 2 vehicles listed in the far right column.

Based on my own experience using 'company owned' cars and trucks, my suspicion is this insurance information relates to those vehicles, and nothing else regarding Cof$ dba 'Golden Era'.

The Workers Comp information listed would relate to employees operating those vehicles. And not employees of 'Golden Era' in general.

I suspect this may still be useful information, just not a widely applicable as we'd like.

Good to know. But doesn't employees still relate to Scientology employees? What other employees are you talking about?
