I try to be on here as much as possible... especially to keep up on this thread! I will be on campus again tonight, but the class I have is far away from the courtyard... basically in another building on the edge of the FCC property... I have a test though, so If I finish my test quick enough I am going to head back over that way and see if he is setting up on Wednesday nights as well... I have class on M/T/W and have only seen him out there on Tuesdays so far... if he is out there tonight I will try to be sneaky and get a picture/video for you guys.
Another thing to try and find out when you have downtime between classes is whether or not the free speech area extends to the other side of the fountain and/or where exactly are the boundaries for that area.
I am going to email a few people and see where exactly the free speech area is and what is permitted there... I am only assuming this, but solicitation would be against the rules right? If this guy does a "stress test" and offers the sale of a book, he is violating the rules... also, FCC is very strict about setting up any type of booth or anything like that on its property.
I would also check to see if there are any 'hours of operation'. The free speech arena where anyone can do whatever is fine and dandy in daylight, but perhaps other rules apply at night when it is advisable to restrict access for the safety of students at that time. I worked on a campus once. Those cultie idiots made me raeg. The only recourse I had was to make sure they toed the line.
Space in campus free speech zones is usually (check first) first come/first served. Groups tacitly stake out their own territories and this is usually honored. However the presence of a few anon (please do not raid alone unless you have experience, always film everything, you know the drill...) in 'their spot' will enturbulate them. They can't move you as you are in the free speech zone and peaceful. And you got there first. They will have to punt and set up elsewhere. Or get butthurt and call campus police who will probably LOL. Sounds like they are targeting night students going in for tutoring. Prey on vulnerable populations much? Curious, are they selling any translated spanish editions? Do they habla espanol?
I don't know how many scientologists are in the Fresno area... their "Hubbard Dianetics Foundation" is pretty small, I was curious so I staked out for a week and there was only ever 1 or 2 cars out front and it was always the same cars... but, you are right, before I do anything blatant to remove them from the premises, I needs me a mask... luckily it's almost Halloween and they shouldn't be hard to find. They creep me out so bad otherwise I'd try to figure out if the guy has spanish materials/spanish speaking abilities. I emailed the person listed on Fresno City Colleges webpage as the Public Information Director trying to get some information on the free speech area and "vendors" being on campus, but I have yet to get a response. If I gather any more intel tonight this will be the first place I post it...
Check your area mask laws before you get a friend and enturbulate. I know LA anons wear masks, but check local laws just in case.
Get in touch with you campus, and get permission to post anonymous anti-$cientology fliers, such as "where is Shelly Miscavage", or "How Lisa Mchpersion died", or some of the other brilliant fliers around the WWP site. A good one is "Religion is free, $scientology is neither". If you don't trust the campus, you can always write entheta in chalk where they like to be. Just don't get namefagged. Man, how i envy your opportunity to troll the clams

There likely are some kiosks or bulletin boards on campus for such things. It also might be a good idea to have some materials that are bilingual or in Spanish as well, Fresno has a pretty large population of Spanish speakers. Inoculation is always in our best interest so the materials should be available. There are probably templates and ready-made documents here on this site. Also check out an older op,'You-Found-The-Card'. These can be placed discreetly anywhere, in library books, tacked to business card kiosks, etc.
I got an email response from the person in charge of free speech at Fresno city. It looks like amazing news for my/our cause here.. When I am not on my phone I will get a copy of the correspondence posted.. So pumped now!
You can make your own at www.vistaprint.com. You can also make custom stickynotes that you can stick to light poles, trash cans, signs, whatever. And chalktech works and it helps people! If you write on the sidewalk-- WARNING! SCIENTOLOGY AHEAD or some such in front of where they set up.....

Good job! So not only are they setting up in an unauthorized area, they are likely not getting a permit to even be on campus. Next step - getting their asses nailed and bounced off of campus. Does your school by chance have a student newspaper? Since you have a class schedule conflict with being there when they typically setup, I'm thinking a sagely placed tip off to the school paper to enlist help in getting them caught in the act and making the issue widely known to student body + campus employees might just go a long way in bringing the ban hammer down a lot faster.
There's a school newspaper... but I have honestly never heard of a single person reading it heh... I guess any method of relaying information to people would be helpful though.
Happy to report that it is a bit after 730pm on Tuesday and the Fresno city college campus appears to be all clear... Whether it was my efforts or OSA monitoring this thread and telling the poor "staff" to stay away due to entheta something kept him away this week... I will continue to monitor the situation and want to thank everyone for the suggestions and support.
More good news... I was informed today that the individual in question was issued a tresspassing citation.
That person must have been persistent if the campus had police cite him. The first time, security would probably just warn them off. I guess they figured that mere wog rules don't apply to Saving the Planet. (Narf!)
Celebrated too soon.. He's back and even brought his e-meter along... He's out here a lot earlier than normal... I'm calling campus PD again.. Looks like I may need back up after all of this.
After further examination and comparisons of pictures... This is a new staffer than previously... We will see if he's still out here on my break.
Gone! Campus PD seems to want to enforce the rules now... Previously I saw a white male wearing standard sea org white shirt black pants.. Hispanic male tonight wearing solid colors... Kinda paranoid it may have been an attempt for them to find out who has been causing them grief here on campus but I've tried to be inconspicuous in my actions thus far...

Any updates on this? I was asked recently how LRH died and wanted to go verify about psych meds being in his blood and decided to check out the local protest scene while I was at it. lol I'm p sure it'd be safe for you to post the pics by now unless they're still at the school(!?) or there's some campus law preventing you from it.
