Maybe we need a "Free Stress Test" situation room. That way Anons can turn up where they are deceptively selling their dubious wares and better inform the public. For each country we need to know where they are and at what times.

Good idea, since we're starting to target that scam.

Seconded. While the FDA is examining Sparrow's Citizen Petition we can gather actual evidence of bona fide religious counseling public stress testing at County Fairs, malls, and subway stations.

Perhaps we could come up with some standard questions we could ask people who have taken the stress test, like "Do you consider that the stress test you have just taken is religious counseling? Did the Scientologist who gave you the test tell you that you were engaging in religious counseling etc."

If the FDA are not bothered about it nor the court judgement then there is not a lot can be done more than getting the word out to the public who might be sucked in by it.

In the UK there might be an issue with using the e-meter to diagnose medical conditions but we do not know how this will pan out.

The best thing to do is to be there and prevent people being suckered in.

    From the E-Meter 'Purchase Agreement':

You could ask the mark if he/she is a $cientology parishioner?

Or possibly use the above to let the local PD bunko/fraud division know these folks are out their committing fraud on people who are in fact not $cientology parishioners.

Or, since in some situations stress is considered a medical condition, inform the local medical community about this fraud, and in particular how paragraph 6(d) of the purchase agreement is being ignored.
