Be very, VERY careful, when engaging with Riverside Co. court authorities.

Search online, and learn about how COS controlled the Keith Henson case in 2000-2001.

Know that the middleman, Oberstein, was approached by Gerald Feffer of Williams & Connolly (who represents Miscavige, who represented Clinton on Whitewater when the "Arkancides" such as Vince Foster occurred, whose wife Yingling obtained the IRS tax break in 1993, and whose firm now represents Obama's main income source) to do COS work to stop the protesting of Gold Base by Henson.

Not long thereafter, he was found dead under "suspicious" circumstances. (There's more to that story, than has ever been posted online).

Here is the way I see it. If AO can manage to obey court orders, it will help him bigtime. If he can manage to turn it down a notch, he will stay out of trouble.

If he loses his criminal case, he will still have a good civil case agianst Co$ and Dunigan. If he wins this case, he should have clear sailing through a civil case. Whether folsk like AO or not, I HOPE he wins because it will be another win against Co$. On top of that, Graham Berry would stand to recoupe attorney's fees, maybe even a bit more.

What good Agent Forseti was implying (if I understood correctly) was that:
those "release dates" are frequently inaccurate and often do not reflect people's actual status- not that they are entirely bogus.

He suggested that- when people are released for reals, they tend to be removed from being listed on the web site. I have (frequently) seen otherwise, but doubt I make as many hits on that particular DB as he has.

Possibly- perps fall off the list when they've been out for xxxx days, weeks, months?

annoying legal speculation threads are annoying

AO loses nothing from violating court order besides his free bail. he already lost it and posted the relatively cheap bail imposed and is now free to run around and be the asshole he is until this goes to trial in march.

pissing off judges, while not exactly the best idea, isn't that big of a deal. y'see, there are these things called jury trials, where you get convicted by a group of private citizens who aren't necessarily in the pocket of the cult. not that AO isn't perfectly capable of alienating a jury, but, y'know...

You have to be very desperate for sex or really broke not to bail yourself out. GB might have gotten him the bail bondsman and $250 is not much to cover. AO has been quite in the last couple of days and it will be the best if he stays that way. All I care about, AO will be in court and its bad enough that they don't have online video because I would like to see AO being dogpiled in court while eating /p/opcorn.

unless you're talking about a venue outside of the united states, then you're wrong. you have an inalienable right to a trial by jury. it's written in bloody lines in our constitution. that said, for most misdemeanors, the court encourages you to waive said right in favor of a court trial wherein the judge acts as the sole juror, and they achieve this encouragement by promising lighter sentences for people who spare the state the expense of a jury trial. it is not, however, an offer you have to accept.

these AO threads have me lamenting the sorry state of civics education in our country today (foreignfags excepted).

Yeah, I'm in the middle of a CIVIL case and the defendant/respondant asked for a jury trial.

Oh... and as to those thinking AO would alienate a jury or judge... court cases have a tighter rein on the proceedings as compared to a County Supervisor Meeting. An attorney would be asking questions and the witnesses and defendants have to answer them pretty closely without going off on long spiels. AO won't have the opportunity to be scatterbrained, bring up irrelevant topics, or other such shenanigans. His attorney will keep the questions to the relevant matter at hand. Hopefully AO and his attorney will have conferred enough times to go over their strategy.

I don't think CofS will want this thing to go to trial. BIG footbullets in store for CofS.

My advice to CofS... settle this thing with AO and beg the DA to drop the case.

You are correct up to a point, but remember, the judge is who makes decisions on which evidence is allowed into the trial and he also rules on objections. I have seen pissed off judges favor one side or the other many times because they were annoyed with the other side. Trust me, judges demand their court orders be obeyed. Failure to obey is taken as blatant disrespect by most judges.

These are very dangerous people already connected to powerful US leaders and leaders in local governments..and police officials.

It is an uphill battle to take down this cult in the US...but the people involved with Anonymous and the inside deep leakers are greatly helping the cause.

AO is a hopeless case. He refuses treatment for his obvious brain disorder (whatever it may be). Attacks anyone and everyone that he can. Even other critics. ESPECIALLY if anyone disagrees with him, or tells him he's DOINITRONG. He's purposely trying to be a martyr against religions (yes, religions), and for some reason considers himself to be a humanitarian.

I think everyone should just stop defending him and ignore complaints from him, and just shun him. He doesn't need anyone's help, because he's ungrateful and will betray you. He wants you to praise his efforts, despite how stupid they are, and never question him, or else he'll go after you. He might even blame you for things that happen to him, and threaten to sue you.

I hope this serves as a warning for new people interested in his case.
