I wonder if Dennis Nobbe has factually and truthfully billed insurance companies for treatment given his patients. I think Donna Shannon could say a great deal of how LRH Technology was used to raid and nearly bankrupt her veterinary practice in south Florida.
Also got a mention on The Underground Bunker: EEOC Files Suit Against Chiropractor Who Forced Employees to Take Scientology Courses http://tonyortega.org/2013/05/09/ca...r-laura-d-s-response-to-scientology-petition/ http://www.scribd.com/doc/140455240/EEOC-v-Dynamic-Med-Svces-Complaint
I can save everyone the trouble of posting these releases. A standard release should suffice. Today a WISE affilaited dentist/Chiro/Vet was sued for forcing his staff into taking Scientology religious courses. Dr (insert name) has previously been reprimanded for overcharging patients/underpaying staff/insurance fraud. Dr (insert name) regularly gives lectures on how to build a successful practice to other scientologists and is a parton or higher of the IAS. He/She will contest the charges vigorously but will provide little or no evidence to the contrary as these are just "wogs"/degraded beings with their silly rules and regulations. He/She will consider bankruptcy to avoid obligations and financial penalties. Nevertheless thanks for posting this Triumph
Mike Rinder linked to Tony's article, and specifically mentions the EEOC Complaint: http://www.mikerindersblog.org/important-dox-read-tony-ortegas-blog-today/ The EEOC Press Release has now been cross-posted to Mike's blog: http://www.mikerindersblog.org/important-dox-read-tony-ortegas-blog-today/#comment-10245 ESMB Thread: http://www.forum.exscn.net/showthre...s-A-WISE-Company-for-Religious-Discrimination .
The auxiliary word 'medical' attached to the word 'chiropractic' lends an unwarranted air of authority to the main, and thus is most likely to be used by scilons, who prefer all that is tricksy and deceptive.

PMS My wife uses LRH study technique on righting this, now my incomes has tripled!: My wife, Chris, has been a practicing Scientology since childhood and supports a local school which is based on the study techniques of L. Ron Hubbard.
Thanks Honey! "Every last one of the personnel who service us Solo Auditors are diligent, unreasonable and amazingly caring." Don't worry about the Feds suing us, they are no match for our OT Powers!
Yep. Unbridled Scientology goofiness is just what a "doctors" office needs. Distracts the punters while they are being fleeced.

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Sues Dynamic Medical Services for Religious Discrimination www.eeoc.gov/eeoc/newsroom/release/5-9-13.cfm Forcing your employees to do dumb Scientology exercises creates a "hostile work environment" http://boingboing.net/2013/05/10/forcing-your-employees-to-do-d.html
Forkboy I really hope they have a “You don’t have to be crazy to work here, but it helps” poster up. RMycroft I think the problem is that the crazy was mandatory.
Another clever BoingBoing comment: knoxblox I think this is a symptom of an even bigger problem, where fair to middling businessmen in the U.S. think they’re even better psychologists. Trust-building exercises, HR gatekeepers, “shaping” employees (instead of seeking spots where they fit), etc. OliveGreenapple Oh God Yes.
Florida Dentist David Wagner, DDS, uses communication skill gained through Scientology to turn the “dreaded” dental visit into a pleasant experience for his patients. His profile is one of 200 “Meet a Scientologist” videos on the Scientology website In a video featured on the new Scientology Video Channel at mod edit:cult link removed, dentist David Wagner of Clearwater, Florida, tells how communication skill gained through Scientology is vital in his practice. It is not enough to provide quality dental care—genuine interest and understanding are also important. “People don’t usually like to go to the dentist,” he says, “so I get to know them and treat them as friends. That makes their treatment go a lot easier.” Dentistry has been Wagner’s lifelong passion. When he earned his dental degree from Indiana University and completed an advanced training program at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, he accomplished a goal he set while in elementary school in Lafayette, Indiana, pursuing it with single-minded determination. He even chose a project on dentistry for his junior high school science fair project. Highly trained and highly motivated, Wagner, to his dismay found the business end of dentistry a struggle—he did not know how to establish and build a practice, let alone keep it viable. When he heard about a technology of administration developed by Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard, he signed up for some courses and immediately learned exactly what he needed to do to resolve the problems in his office. “That was quite a revelation to me,” says Wagner, whose whole life got a lot better with his newfound understanding of how to organize and manage his practice. While what he learned from his courses was practical know-how and not religion, Wagner was fascinated by the workability of Mr. Hubbard’s administrative technology and decided to look into what the Scientology religion might offer him. What he found surpassed his hopes and expectations. “Scientology has really changed my life,” Wagner says. “It answered questions I wondered and worried about—I was surprised how easily they resolved.” And it all came full circle back to his practice, as the more he learned in Scientology, the better he was able to deal with patients. “Scientology helped me to actually communicate with patients, and they seem to appreciate that most. When you really understand a person you almost feel like you’re walking in his shoes and it’s easier to treat him,” he says. Wagner, 61, and his wife Pat are parents and grandparents and also serve as staff members at the Church of Scientology Mission of Belleaire, Florida. EEOC Sues Company for Forced Practice of Scientology | Workforce.com If any of the EEOC's allegations in the lawsuit are true, the agency is going to have an easy time winning this case, which serves a good reminder that an employer cannot force its employees to conform to, follow, or practice, the employer's chosen religious practices and beliefs. www.workforce.com/article/20130513/BLOGS07/130519995/eeoc-sues-company-for-forced-practice-of-scientology
