Eugene Volokh on Hate Speech Eugene Volokh is a cool guy. He is a professor of constitutional law at UCLA with an interest in Church state relations. He runs a group legal blog called "The Volokh Conspiracy" and blogs also at The Huffington Post. He has blogged on Epic Nose Guy and the Riverside Protesting Ordinance.
