Everything has fallen into place as hoped and expected. Andre Ahern has his hands over-full right now and
the Human Rights Commission has asked for several hundred pages of my NN TR files.

I have been working for over 20 months on this and now I'm ready. We have their own verbal statements
on film; in print, and recorded. An executive at NN TR has finally made a statement to a Government
representative, that will help this spill over into the USA.

Ok, I took some time to look at this ^^^^^ person's Coms to me quite some time ago and I looked at this one.

First you have to spend one hell of a lot of time looking at this Cases Precedent and research the Human Rights Laws.

This ^^^^^ Case Pecedent will sink them very, very deep in trouble; as they are well aware of.

This case is from 1995 and there was far less Exploitation in this Case, than the one now facing NN TR AND the COS.
The awards in this Case were: $1,413,300.00 for Moral Damages AND $141,330 for Punitive Damages - - Plus Interest!

This was over two million dollars! (sixteen years ago)

Yes, MR can be seemingly quite nice; but so could Hubbard until he threw some staff off his ship, tied to a rope!

MR is completely convinced that NN TR helps people and she believes that there is a 70% success rate. Executives
have continually convinced lower staff that they will be Certified and that WE are Terrorists and Rapists. (I have the letter/dox)

MR would probably not be contacting you without the knowledge/approval of Andre or Marc or OSA.

They are facing deep shame and many millions fighting all these Cases and many more millions in Judgements.

They could be hoping you will "react" or respond with a message they can use against you.

This has become a Game of PR (public relations) for them AND ST (staff relations). They would NEVER let the staff
know they were in big trouble. The closet person to the Supreme Leader at NN TR, Aline Proulx, (Narconon Canada),
who was above Marc Bernard, AND the ESTO Officer, was me. I always knew when Marc was lying and what he was
lying about in Staff meetings. They know all this. This is why Narconon Canada AND Aline was thrown under the bus.

The emails alone, that I have from Aline, the Commission could not believe.

Example of one written letter to me in my Com Box (which many staff and students saw), read:

"I am a porcupine, but when you turn me over, I have the sweetest meat you will ever taste"

This ^^^^^ was a mild and tame letter, compared to some of the graphic emails received. This is one of
the reasons she resigned and NN Canada Dissolved. Aline REALLY messed up bad - - big time. Sue Chubbs
walked into her office one day and said, "what the fuck are you doing with David Love - - are you nuts!"

Aline replied, "Unless you have NN TR business to discuss, get the fuck out of my office."

The Command Lines broke down; respect fell, and Aline was removed by upper Com Lines and Marc was put back
in control of NN TR and the finances. actually some of the funds were transfered control to another entity jointly with NN TR.

Aline Proulx, who spent several years in California in Scientology, high up Lines and even being Saluted, was one of
their biggest liabilities and still is. Also her Sister who was the Director of NN Canada. Aline actually saved her Sister's ass
from probably going to the RPF about some shifty financial screw ups.

They are so scared shitless right now AND know so very little about what they will face in a Hearing. If they tell the truth,
OSA will have their hide in the RPF. If they lie and commit Perjury, they could very well end up in a Quebec OR Canada Federal Prison.

To Andre Ahern, who was my immediate Supervisor at the time, Aline Proulx was like a god and he worshiped her all the time with praise. When I left and caused a wee little bit of a fuss,..., LOL,..., shit came down upon him too, and he resigned, VERY upset and stressed.

The emails I received from some staff after I left is going to hurt big time.

The Stakes are high and having M.R send you these messages, may just be the beginning.

It is am important book because it is the first book ever published by a former client and staffer at Narconon and which exposes Narconon as 100% pure Scientololgy. It also is a hair-raising account of the drug world of Montreal and other Canadian cities. Highly recommended.

BigBeard, do you know of any Cases that I can quote to Government Agencies who are investigating
and have the clout to lock-down assetts? My lawyer will be looking into this - - even to seize
or lock-down certain Executive's Real Estate Property. Even if NN TR goes under, the Executives
are personall libel and responsible for any actions that they knew or should have known.

Some Anons with better knowledge or records will have to help out here, but I believe the Cof$ played games to hide assests after they lost the infamous Casey Hill libel case in Canada. There's also the Wollersheim (sp?) case, where they gutted the "Church of $cientology California" assests, asserting there was nothing to pay the judgement with when they lost. Fortunately the judge called BS on them, and to avoid having a precendent setting judgement made that Cof$ was a single entity under El Ron's control they paid up. Sort of.

There are some smaller cases scattered around they played games with, but I don't remember the details off the top of my head.
