Live Radio Show this Friday confirmed.

Now working with a great Investigative Reporter for a TV Documentary Expose.

    Mult-City location filming.

For security reasons, can't say which TV Station.

This one's going to hurt BIG time indeed.

But if "Supreme Leader" uses KY-Jell and doesn't wiggle,..., well you the picture:):):)

When we finally get into Court, it should be very interesting indeed. In the quote below, I was not the
one being investigated or on trial in the quote below. I was invloved before the trial ever began.

Will I be refrained from giving some testimony due to National Security Regulations? Perhaps:)
Narconon's lawyer suggested I was at NN TR for other reasons than rehab and they were investigating.

I'm biting at the bit here, just dying to tell all,...., but I need to be in a more secure place. The details
WILL be in my new book and I'll be in a safe residence.

NN TR and OSA know a little bit because of me writng ny OW's, but very little. For security reasons, I couldn't
say even If I wanted to:)

Incredible Job, David. I am astounded at what you and your colleagues have achieved.

    QFT

After this is over, and Narconon Canada is shut down, you may find irresistable urges to collect evidence and prepare documentation. You may find yourself out at 3 in the morning looking for copy paper, toner that sort of thing, calling one office supply company after another, neglecting other parts of your life. You may find yourself pilfering stationary from loved ones. Fight those urges. We'll all try to help you, David. If you find yourself about to make a complaint to a government agency, just stop yourself and take a time-out. Call someone.

Something can be done about it.

Dood, this is damned impressive. I don't know how you manage to do all this but I'm impressed, Mr. Love. I salute you, sir!

I don't have more energy than anyone else, I've just been blessed with my past experiences.

I have tackiled three other Corporate Entities and won every case.

I forced Zellers to reverse a decion and apologize to one of children.

I shut down a Pesticide Corporation spraying DDT along the roadside where my children played.

And took on a corporation over mistrepresentation and labour laws.

The only difference in this case is that the Quebec laws are slightly different and it's
hard when many government web sites are in French only.

AND that this matter with Scientology-Narconon is much more complex and bigger (much bigger)
But the principles to win are the same. And keep on winning, we will indeed.

I suspect the Quebec Government has/will spend millions on all these cases and I expect
the COS will spend millions fighting them all and could very well be paying out millions
in judgements, fines and awards to victims.

There will be some case precedents settting that will survive appeal and stand solid for
the laws they are to obey and abide by.

Right now, we are about half way in filing complaints and information to submit to the
    appropriate authorites for investigations.

It's a long process, but in some cases I have to wait for one Agency to find them guilty
and pose penalties before I submit another to a different Government agency. This way
what I submit has ultimate credibilty and stays on top of their in-box to move forward
quickly. As each case proceeds, there is media and political pressure for the investigating
entity to do a thorough job and work diligently to find all facts and dispell the lies.

It's a game plan that has worked very well so far. Patients and hard work.

LOL,..., to be honest, I'm a little (or Lotta) burned out right now for a couple of days.

Will go to bed early; sort out some files in my mind and set time frame for priorities.

Then I will fall asleep and dream about:

I wonder which hammer will come down first?

College of physicians? Human Rights Commission? Police?

We're still waiting for a decision from the Ministry of Health and Social Services...

  18. Interesting question. Perhaps all will descend at once? Maybe one after the other?

For me, your question raises the question of which institution has the least/most bureaucracy? I think the one with the least will hit first.
  19. Intelligence Member

I think the first will be by my lawyer in Superior Court, then the College Review Committee,
then the Ministry of Health and Social Services, then the Human Rights Commission, then the
College of Physicians (Practicing Medicine Without a Licence), then the Police (although Police
could be the first one), then the Canada Competition Bureau.

Human Rights Commission phoned me yesterday, but I missed the call. I emailed them back
and will talk with them today.

Whichever one is first, it should be very soon:)

An Ode to David Love (with apologies to Rossini)

    David is a little breeze,
    a gentle little wind,
    which, subtly and barely noticeably,
    lightly and sweetly,
    begins to murmur.

    Softly, softly, moving quietly,
    whispers, and hisses,
    he flows, he buzzes.
Into the ears of the public
    he deftly introduces himself,
and he dazes heads and brains
    and makes them wake up.

    Exiting from his mouth
    the outrage swells:
it gathers strength little by little,
it flies from one place to another.
It seems to be the thunder, the storm
that, in the heart of the forest,
    whistles and rumbles,
and makes Scientology freeze in horror.

Finally justice issues forth and bursts,
    it spreads and redoubles
    and produces an explosion
    like a cannon shot,
    an earthquake, a thunderstorm,
    a general uproar
    that makes the air echo.

    And the miserable criminal cult,
    humiliated, downtrodden,
under the scourge of the public,
    with some luck, drops dead.

Oh God. Don't start with the poutine again.
