with the Health Ministry shutting NN TR down using the College Decision ... the Human Rights
Commission using the 2 aforementioned to have and obtain the evidence for the VERDICT Resolution
Decision.

NOW, we have enough with all of the above, PLUS much more documented evidence to file this

Lets stop and think about the damage for a minute. The lives lost, the misinformation, the lopsided statistics. Narconon has hurt humanity, The have been in operation since the late 70's, they were one of the largest rehab networks, and all their rehab failures based on their stupid vitamin treatments, have caused serious damage. People believed their bullshit, because in the beginning, there was no other source of information.

Indeed, the total damage is countless in numbers, with much damage unseen in many minds and organs that were subjected to toxic vitamin doses. The deaths INSIDE Narconon, we can count, but many more died soon after leaving. Many who still contact me daily, still suffer from the traumatic abuses and from predators that took advantage of females on assist tables, staff trading drugs for sex, and taking patients off the NN grounds on weekends for sex. Even one file of an underage patient getting pregnant at NN and coerced to have an abortion. Remember that one, OSA/ESTO? I'll refresh your memory in a book chapter!

It's about the NN TR Legal Liason Officer having a baby with a NN Grad .... having his Meds taken away and a gun shot to his head that killed him. And about the Ethics Officer in training getting one of the Narconon Canada Staff members pregnant, and another Patient jumping out a window at NN TR when his Meds were taken away and tried to commit suicide, and onther Patient in the WD Unit who drank a toxic liquid trying to commit suicide. And all the Dilaudid being used and injected in the student dorms because staff didn't have a clue what they were doing and many of them using cocaine and other party favours at the NN TR staff apartment complex .... showing up to work too messed up to think or function. How dare I post such a rant without dox, one might ask? *Tick-Tock* ... these people should be facing criminal charges, not just Lawsiuits!

Had a good laugh with Anon on Skype the other night about this OP Lawsuit and 2 witnesses named in Court documents. (more will be added in due course). These 2 will not be happy campers for sure .... one being a Lawyer. Priviledge belongs to the Client, not the Lawyer, and if waived, documents can and will be produced in Court. The issue of obtaining cell phone records .., especially text messages on lines in Canada and the USA is more complex, but if I/We are right, a few people are probably a wee bit nervous right now ... and should be. Also, we may publish Roller Coaster Out Of Hell in book form and on one of my Wordpress websites. This will allow for never seen or heard video and audio recordings. Picked up Registered letters, and as I thought might be, are from the Quebec Human Rights Commission about 2 other cases I filed quite some time ago. Nothing to do with Commission Resolution Decision in 3 Plaintiffs favour for Exploitation. Now there is no conflict with OP Lawsuits, and pressing on with OP case and others. Cheers.

There is a reason WHY no Corporate entities were named in OP Lawsuit ... only individual executives ... both past and present.
