May as well get this going as soon as possible
Does anyone know the exact address of the Las Colinas location?
Also, the best answer that I can get out of the nice people at the ORG is that they are moving in "three weeks".
So, that makes it really iffy on whether they'll be on Buckner or not on say, the 14th, which is my vote for the date, btw, as I cannot make it on the 21st.
If you know more than me, feel free to share.
Also, planning, date suggestions, et cetera.

Hey, shawnonymous, if you plan on going to Austin on the 28th, let me know. I want to go, too. And I might bring a friend or two.

Also, talking to NoScope at the last protest, it seems like they've already begun moving in over there. Even if they're not fully there, we can protest out in Las Colinas. They have a presence there; that's all we need for a reason to go.

Or if we can all bring a friend or two, we might have enough people to split into both locations.

I gave up PC for unknown gender long ago. My apologies, Optimisticate. But hey, now I know. Also, thanks for getting the whole community involved

Anyway, yeah NoScope, that would be about the greatest thing ever. And we could legitimately use that "Save Our Community" sign...
We just need to be ready with more signs. Lots of 'em. And for the love of God, I need a flagpole... (anybody know where/how to get a collapsible 6' flagpole?)

Camping supply stores and anywhere you can buy tailgating goods should have something of use. I've seen flagpoles in both situations.

Dunno if I could get mom or the cackling hens together for a raid, she's in a different place than she was when I was younger and everything is PC in her life now in semi-retirement.

We should bring some bandanas and extra signs in case we have some impromptu citizens join our group.

Plus, I think we need alot of flyers so we can give it out to golfers and joggers passing by.

Yes, this place is a lot more open to foot traffic isn't it? Although it doesn't take much to be better than out on the side of Buckner.

And Optimisticate, I'm not sure I really believe that statement about being PC, based on your quote earlier, hehe. Maybe we should try to alert the population somehow? Wait, that's the whole point of the protest............

Any ideas?

Also, thanks for the pointers on flagpoles. I managed to get my hands on one of the Anonymous flags from hotscubagreg.

The CoS Dallas has purchased a new compound in Las Colinas. According to documents, it's worth about $2.6 million. The renovations are almost complete, and we expect they will move over soon, probably sometime in March. NoScope says that they've already had some sort of moving-in party, and we will start protesting there in March.

Right... getting back to the topic at hand. Important notes for dates this month:

13th - Friday, L. Ron Hubbard's birthday
14th - a Saturday in the middle of the month
15th - when I and my comrades will be getting back to Dallas
28th - megaraid in Austin

Make your choices now. Whether we follow the global date decision or not is of little consequence as long as we get the deed done.

Looking at the "global" thread, it looks like the 14th is the winner. Not that that matters a bit to us. I won't be able to make it on the 14th, nor will my friends. But then again, I'm not 100% sure that any of us could make it on the 15th either.

Buckner has quite a bit of exposure, but it's important to welcome them to Las Colinas properly. It doesn't matter if they've already moved in or not. What matters is the kind of impact we can make wherever we choose to be. It's a toss-up on which one to hit, so let's just take a vote.

If your not coming then we need to do some drafting in order to raise the Dallas anon numbers. I'll start inviting friends to look up this site and try to find members who are near Dallas but haven't come to a protest yet.

Yeah... that's why I keep saying we need more people. But also, your friends/recruits don't necessarily have to see this site. They just have to know what they're fighting. Sometimes a funny story over dinner is more likely to get to them than "Go check out this really cool website!", but I trust that whatever you do will be epic win.

I'm planning on coming, just not sure what day we'll be actually getting to Dallas so I hate to promise anything at this point. It's about a 2100 mile drive, and I'm not driving so it's up to others who are. If I arrive afterward, I'll try to PM a few ppl to see about a little flashing, raid style.

I know that the curiosity seekers are out, driving past the building, wondering how soon the golf club will be "infiltrated" (LOL!), and gossiping at lunch and on the fairways. I don't know if I've gotten the right word to the right people, but Mom has been keeping me up-to-date and it's hysterical how they're freaking out over the alien cult. I just don't know what kind of reach it is, but heck, it's the golf club and it's nothing BUT go$$ip there.

And all I did was tell her about TC's religion moving into her neighborhood to test her response. She took the rest and ran with it with no prompting.

Okay, thanks to Optimisticate's post, I now have a new idea. Instead of voting for one location or the other, one day or the other, why not do both?

I say, let's have our raid with the global on the 14th in front of the old org, and another one around the new org once Optimisticate is here. All in favor?

Unfortunately, no new intel yet; thus the problem. All the same, it doesn't really make a huge difference if they're still there or not, as long as their sign is. Besides, if we maintain a presence in two places, we seem more numerous than we really are.

Ok, so its the 14th and the site is still under consideration. What about stuff. Who is bringing what. I have a sign and probably could get two more. I think some music would be nice so if anyone has a portable boom box we could get some cds.

ok, just called up to the dallas org. They don't know when their moving but its realy soon and they plan on being in the new org by the 13th for Hubduds B-day

if this is happening in the morning hours, around 10 am or so, I can be at either Org. Got my mask on the way and will be sure to get some signs rolling. Count me in if someone needs a ride too.

It looks like we're driving in over the weekend and splitting up the trip over 2 or 3 days, so I might not even get there till Monday the 16th.

Will try get it pinned down and try to join the following weekend, but a diversionary trip to Padre Island may be in my cards instead. My schedule isn't my own but involves other people, so I have to work with them.

Will be taking all recording devices with me as well as a laptop, so I will holla when I get to Irving.

Hm, I just had a terrible/immature idea, and it's only half-baked, but I need to type it before I forget it completely and never do anything with it.

"all"? Haha, you crack me up. Nobody would be washing anything. It's a piss-off tactic. Make it seem liek they're doing a car wash. People pull up, and find out there's nothing free there. Nothing. They come ask us why the hell we did that, then we tell 'em.
