I am totally for preventing people from protesting outside private residences but was lead to believe from the article and Mr Stone's quotes that this was precipitated by the AO affair and intended to prevent protests outside Gold. I emailed the good Mr Stone's department for clarification since I intend to fly out and protest there one day - well possibly when the economy improves etc. He hasn't replied yet, maybe I should call him...

It says "residences" and anyone listening to the Supervisor's meeting will have a picture in their mind of protesters in a neighborhood. But this new regulation was also obviously the result of the cult wanting it added. So even if logically protesters at Gold would not be impeded by this change, it surely would not have come about if the cult did not think they would benefit. Who wants to test it out? I would definitely like to see more research by legal anons.

The film had its premiere in Clearwater Fla @ an IAS meeting. Then the film was continuously shown @ " L Ron Hubbard Life Museum" on Hollyweird Blvd for over 10 years. Golden Era Production on Gilman Hot springs rd in Riverside county california is a FULL SERVICE film and post production facility. Propaganda films are made on site. Sound stage. Audio recording studio. Production studio. All utilized for the making of pro-scientology propaganda materials. The propaganda films are then edited on site in the non linear edit suites. The product is then packaged and shipped from this facility. Protest Golden Era Productions. The head of the beast is a BUSINESS.

Unless the entire gold base is classified as a residential neighborhood, it simply doesn't apply. For example, I may live in a mixed use neighborhood, where businesses are allowed in homes. If I move into a residential neighborhood, businesses are not allowed in homes. I would place money on the fact that gold base probably has 1, maybe 2, physical addresses. Finding out what those addresses are rated for by the local govt would be good, especially seeing as how they have the movie studio and theater, a hotel of some sort (for wayward celebs), razor wire and armed guards. I've only seen theaters in neighborhoods, but none of the others. THERE ARE ALWAYS LOOPHOLES. I'm on a new mission to find these loopholes and rip them so far open that thetans can get thru them. And I would have signs 300 feet/yards/whatever away saying "Ask me why I can't tell you about Scientology's slave labor camps"
