All of that has just about everything to do with this. They set up the assault on AO because they knew he'd take the bait, and he did. It was a trap. Not set to intimidate the Anon's at the protest, but to bolster their position that protests at Gold should be restricted. It worked. The fact that they have a pocketful of local politicians helped, but they still needed to trigger something they could label as an act of violence to get their ordinance pushed through.

On the bright side, there's still plenty of enturbulation that can be accomplished at 300 feet. People just need to stay the fuck out of their bushes.

Its pretty obvious that Dinky Davey is going apeshit over repeated protests at Gold, his personal Green Zone.

    Riverside County

    East of Highway ("Residential" Area?)
    APN 430150014
    Most $2.5 million value is tax-exempt "religious/charity"
THIS would appear, to be the area that
requires definition (is it multi-use, mixed
    residential and commercial use)?

    West of Highway
    APN 430150013
    Value over $66,800,000
    Over $30,900,000 is non-exempt

Hemet/Riverside's population isn't very organized in on-line terms. There is a barely used mailing list serve.

I bet if we set up a community forum (cheap free on-line) they might flock to it.

Being able to communicate easily with each other from gulags to parking & road divits might significantly change the dynamics in that town.

Re: Riverside County supervisors OK limits on picketing in residential neighborhoods

    Hmmm, let's see.

Gold before AnonOrange - a place no Anons wanted to protest.

Gold after AnonOrange - place no Anons can protest.

    Yeah, big loss there.

Seriously, it's not his fault. They're just so freaked out about having anyone protest there that they would have done anything to shut it down.

Racketeering and treason against the United States. The Riverside politicians are paid by the Scientology crime syndicate and now the politicians are committing Scientology's racketeering and civil rights abuses for them.

    Suggestion:
Spend less energy pointing fingers and blaming AnonOrange. Scientology did a lot more in this mockery of public policy than he did. Lets put more efforts into getting this ruling turned over!

Petitions? Public outrage? What else can be done?

Wonder what the noise ordinances are in that residential or multi-use zone where Gold is located? I wonder if the obnoxious organ music is violating the rights of the other residents in the area. Hmm.... I know if my neighbor had his music on that loud, the rest of the neighborhood would be complaining...

Yeah- that's actually a valid designation. Usually it applies to music venus/bars/clubs, etc. for noise complaint enforcement.

The Soboba Tribal Lands butt up against cult property, correct? I believe they have a casino, but they've also been known to rescue and give runners from Gold Base rides to safety if they catch them before OSA can drag them back.

The Morongo Tribe also has land close to Gold Base, but I think they're across the mountain.

Has anyone ever approached at least the Soboba's because of their lands butting up against cult property?

I believe I read that Ida Camburn said the Soboba's were known to have helped a few people who've blown from Gold.

    Can't hurt to contact them.

Trufax, The cult is the target, not AO. Sufficiently provoked, anyone could have made the same mistake. But we all know perfectly well that provocation is the game that they play. That they don't play it just to be assholes, they play it because it continues to be one of the few working strategies they have in their arsenal. Every damn time one of us joins in to play their game, it turns into an object lesson in what not to do and why.

Moar pressure. Gold raids are working, this is just more proof of that. Gold Base raiders are made of caek and win.

I like this idea. Get it set up and make it easy to use. Lotta elder folks in Hemet, and they're the ones who remember.

Give it a bump on our fliers to kick it off, and watch it gain momentum.

Hilarious, the idea that the cult will pawn us if AO is found guilty. Anonymous will nevah be pawned, or pwned for that matter.

Re: County approves new restrictions on protesting at Gold

People could try contacting Jeff Stone: Supervisor Jeff Stone 500 letter limit on content on his departments contact form BTW. I did, it can't hurt. Asked where does one measure the 300 foot from, coz the buildings looks quite far away behind that fence.

I don't believe this ordanance would hold up as constitutional if it were used to keep protestors 300 feet from the main enterance. Big difference protesting outside someone's house and protesting outside a large complex that includes shitty dorms for the regular works, shittier dorms for the lower grades and a couple of top notch houses & facilities for David Miscavige and his choice VIPs.

To any OSA reading this, that's where all the money goes you're constantly getting people to raise, it throws lavish parties and gala events for diddy David Miscavige and his favourite people and ensures David Miscavige keeps living the good life while you sacrifice everything for his cause. But hey, don't let that stop you working 12+ hours hard work a day, 7 days week for 3 terrible "meals", lousy shared "accommodation" and less pocket money than most American teens get a week. Just read "The Complex" by John Duignan, you poor souls.

Yeah they have a recurring LMT-related squabble which has been all played out already, as far as I can tell. Everything has been said. If you can't look past the username, then maybe it would be good to make a new account to use when commenting on each other's "turf". (This is why anonymous commenting sometimes is superior....)
  34. Re: County approves new restrictions on protesting at Gold

Thanks! I am amused but not surprised that people should be ignoring reality and seeing what they want to see.

I have read the Ordinance. Few of you guys have evidently bothered to do so, instead you read a press report of a meeting where no one had apparently read it, spotted some naughty words like 'hatemongers' and started shouting.

The Ordinance does NOT prevent or restrict IN ANY WAY protests of the kind that are presently taking place at Gold Base.

Providing the protesters make it clear what they are picketing, in this instance Golden Era Film Studios like it says on the SIGN outside the FRONT GATE, the Ordinance says it does NOT apply to them. It is an entirely reasonable regulation that you should be supporting, not complaining about. It is aimed at persons instructed by their superiors to picket someone's home, something the cult HAS done in the past but which its critics have to my knowledge NEVER done - we only target shops, offices and other places of employment.

Re: County approves new restrictions on protesting at Gold

Im quoting you again on this page now, and am adding emphasis
because it is very important people not only understand the ordinances, but interpret them correctly and act accordingly.
DM is spewin' about picketters there.
  36. leroyjenkins Member

Re: County approves new restrictions on protesting at Gold

Muhahahaha, damn literal interpretation rules!!! Well whoever lives in Riverside County is lucky because the cult can't come after them but a riverside county resident can come after the cult!!!

Scientology you can get all the real estate lawyers you want to help draft up some type of law to push onto legislatures and then you think that you have win. THINK AGAIN.

PS: Anonymous, dont jump to conclusions too early.

That's the proposed ordinance, dated November 16th, passed by their lawyer Nov 17th.

The actual ordinance was voted on, approved and signed November 25th. It needs to be checked for any last-minute additions.

I once suggested this to AnonOrange. He said he tried to contact them but there was a gate at their property so he gave up. He didn't even bother asking the security guard there if he could talk to one of the residents.

Re: County approves new restrictions on protesting at Gold

    Thanks Hartley. :)

Jeff Stone's choice of words is highly suspicious though, and the columnist's apparent convicting AO of a crime that hasn't gone to trial yet has the potential of a lawsuit launched by AO.
