    JDSU Test & Measurement
You think someone who does this (Gerry Gentile) might have a little computer knowledge?
  2. Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

Why did Thomas Brennan refer to Denise Gentile as his chaplain (stated reason for calling her before calling 911) then Gerald and Denise Gentile totally deny there was any relationship other than ‘he’s our fellow parishioner, handyman, holiday chef, good friend, and married our lady friend?’ Surprised the Detective didn’t call somebody out on these conflicting responses.

    Totally agree.

    Describe your relationship with Tom:

    Gerry says,
    Denise says,
So, when Tom rang Denise all upset that night, why did Gerry, who "really didn't have regular conversations" with Tom, go "for comfort" and not both of them? They were never asked.

When people get married there's a public record.

Have you checked that out before your lazy ass posted?

You fucking moron, read the the thread. The scifag lives in CALIFORNIA, he works in the CLEARWATER police department. Why didn't YOUR lazy ass read a fucking post? Shouldn't you be bitching at the person who originally suggested the idea based on a T.A.B. completions page?

Aparently controversy follows Denise Miscavige Covington Licciardi Gentile around. She shipped out bad products in order to inflate sales etc, and was VP of Digital Lightwave or something high like that and was a tyrant just like her bother DM.

Lot's of tits in the SP times story and it shows Denise has a newspaper documented dishonest history among many other things. Must read even though tl;mr.

She also wanted to institute LRH tech in Digital Lightwave and ran Digital Lightwave like the RPF according to one guy who worked for her.

This is also where a lot of the money was coming from for the Super power building.

Tampabay: The CEO and his church

Her credibility is shit, this should be and probably is part of the ace up the civil lawyers sleeve.

It also explains why DM was intimately involved, it wasn't him as the rumors go, it was his sister.

Intentional deflection or side effect ?

Story needs to be saved for doc/pics info.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

Yeah, I could get a degree in pseudo-criminology. :) Was just a thought though, figured it was probably Kyle that did it but felt the question should be asked.

Bear in mind the cult tends to drive people to suicide. I reckon what happened was Kyle was taking his drugs on and off but that dad decided to lock them up so he couldn't even do that, that way when he normally felt really bad and reached for the drug he couldn't. Being alone in a house with an available gun and ammo he decided to reach for that instead.

The drug may need to be taken regularly for a proper effect but even taken when feeling bad it would have a placebo effect and perhaps making the difference between carrying on or killing oneself.

Also, I at first figured dad had a gun for "self defence" but he didn't he just had it lying around because his dad left it to him and he couldn't be bothered to do anything with it, like lock it up or get rid of it. To me that makes him more negligent not less because he had no real excuse for it being readily available, it wasn't like he believed he would need it. Shocking and one reason why I reckon that while dad may have done an O J on being held criminally negligent (always open to review though) he's going to go down for this in civil court and rightly so.

Father reckons it was a mutual decision between him and Kyle that Kyle would stop taking the Lexapro. So, Father locks the Lexapro in his truck to make sure the "mutual" decision sticks.

Pard, I was just reading that article too. I noticed this bit:

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

Jerry not only claimed not to know what JDSU stands for, he claimed it was the names of 4 people. He also claimed not to know what "chaplain" meant.
Why would he lie about these things? Some pathological liars can't tell the truth if their lives depend on it.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

based on this article, I question the truth of her statements to the CWPD.

Part of that articles timeline was around the same time of the McPherson flap as well.

Everyone was going after DM but i think by this article it leads to his sister more.
Not that DM isn't complicit. It's just the nature of the LRH clone for these kinds of flaps to follow. You push people, yell at em, threaten them, I mean she is DM sister after all, I'd be shitting bricks if I was getting yelled at by her too and all kinds of whacked out shit will follow.

Imagine the kind of pressure she was potentially putting on Tom Brennan to conform just like she was trying to do with hard selling lrh tech in Digital Lightwave INC ?

If there is nothing to see here, why they acting all guilty ?

The footbullet has been reveled and it's name is

    Denise Miscavige Covington Licciardi Gentile.

Her names bring up all kinds of crazy shit in google search, but still couldn't find a picture, but did find two DMCA claims by scientology at the end of the results.

    Hmm I wonder why ?

Not only that but they somehow avoid mentioning that his occupation is "sales Church of Scientology" which is what Tom must have told the cops.

The whole Co$ vs. Google DMCA thing is a much bigger freedom of speech issue than the TC video takedown, and deserves attention at some point.

At the end of the Day, all of scientology and it's fronts sell false data that harms people.

Hard to believe the mad man made millions on false data/science fiction and that sadly his clones are still perpetrating this and this is why we call it fraud.

These loons desire to rule the world on false data.

Glad to see so many who are willing to fight to stop these would be fraudulent overlords.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

Look up dejanews in wiki to see how far back this rabbit hole goes.

I remember it well. I was so sickend to see scientology spreeding their false data for cash on the boards and tried to warn people when they spammed the hell out of the message boards all those years ago, so I have first hand experince with this and also on the boycott war of the worlds online petition.

Still proof on that petition of them spamming the author of the petition.

Then came Anonymous project Chanology : )

REading through the files from the Seth Joseph case (a non-Sci lawyer who successfully sued DigL) for sacking him instead of sacking Denise: Index of /docs

Denise says, in her memo to the CEO (Zwan):
It's actually fascinating to read because she's quoting LRH's HCOPL's and applying them in the context of a public listed company. Even SP's.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

Got to see this link about Denise Miscavige

    Business: Digital whistleblower finally wins

"Joseph filed an arbitration suit in 1999 alleging that he was unfairly dismissed by Zwan. In testimony, Joseph said he was punished because he urged Zwan to terminate another executive, Denise Licciardi, who was linked to an accounting scandal in the company. Joseph said that Zwan, a large donor to Scientology, did not want to dismiss Licciardi because she is the twin sister of Scientology's worldwide leader, David Miscavige."

    Just keeps getting better.

Dude won his case, I think this is a scino, suing the big dogs of scientology ?

Who would have thunk it ?

"On Friday, after Digital said it would not appeal a $5.2-million judgment in Joseph's favor, the former Digital senior executive vice president broke his silence."

    Wut ? I'm confused now.

poon war: irrelevent to the lawsuit, except to the extent it affects the jury pool....which side will be the first to seek a change of venue?
In Lisa McPherson, despite usually claiming that "Everyone loves us"...when they wanted a change of venue they did a poll to submit in support of the motion which found that many (can't remember the %) hated them....in the Clearwater area!!!

    QFT

    Pooned anyway but awaiting approval.

Used Tom Cruise's rant on Brook as an example of the hard sale scientology does and Kyles Mom says was done on her and Kyle.

I hope the lawyer brings all this up in the civil trial, as well as the war declared on Psychiatry, Psychology and Pharmiciticals as proof of their anti medicine stance of a diagnosed condition that a Doctor and his Mother was treating, but willingly went against.

For this false data dictum of scientology is the real smoking gun.

Remember " we are the authorities" by Tom Cruise ?

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

The DIGL case brought by Seth Joseph bore many similarities to the Diskeeper case brought by Godelman there are also key differences, notably that Joseph never alleged that he was forced to take HMT or any Scientology courses.

Joseph was wrongfully terminated after he blew the whistle on what an inventory fraud scheme concocted in part by Denise, after which the head of DIGL, Bryan Zwan, admitted to Joseph that he was powerless to discipline Denise due to her position in the Church, and asked Joseph to participate in a coverup. Joseph was eventually awarded $3m+.

The extensive documents that emerged in that case (D I G L - W A T C H -- Bryan Zwan, Digital Lightwave & Scientology) provides not only one of the best insights into how a Scientology company is run, but also Denise Miscavige.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

The percentage in at least one part of their own survey was 100%. They later did a more scientific survey. In this one, 82% of the population hated the cult.

Here's their motion: Church of Scientology FLAG Service Organization, Inc.'s Motion to Change Venue for Trial based on Community Prejudice and Supporting Memorandum - May 2003

    Some tidbits:

    ROTFL. "Spontaneously expressed religious bigotry."

What's particularly cheeky about the cult's motion in this case is that the reason the case was in Pinellas County in the first place was their own previous change of venue motion. They had gotten what they wanted in having it moved to Pinellas, and then when it wasn't going well for them, they wanted to move it back out again, years into the case.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

I once knew an acquaintance who used to work for Digital Lightwave during the time of Denise Licciardi. I was told that Denise orchestrated a method of selling inventory to another sister company (their own warehouse or something like that) in order to inflate the "stats" of the sales/income. This was during the time they were "going public" and it was to inflate the value of the company. I think Denise was busted on that and that's why she no longer works there. Something about the shareholders screaming bloody murder... for Denise's blood. This was something that the Church of Scientology couldn't cover up or make "go away" for Denise. The shareholders spoke and Denise was let go with a G-E-N-E-R-O-U-S severance package.

Re: Clearwater PD files on Kyle Brennan's death

Considering Denise's 2D history (sexual "reputation") I'd say she was probably boinking Tom on the side. With Gerry out of town so much she certainly had opportunity (and a history of doing such).

Among other things she was counting empty boxes and loose parts as inventory units sold, or something like that.
