Evidence tampering #1: Report states that the weapon and note found at the crime scene had NO FINGERPRINTS on any of their surfaces. 2. Evidence tampering #2: Removal of specifically chosen files from Kyle's laptop between the time of his death and its being taken into evidence. 3. Father was busy on course and neglecting Kyle. Even the Father admitted he was afraid to leave Kyle alone. However he continued to do so repeatedly. 4. Scientology refuses to give Father time off when Kyle needs immediate help. Father refuses to try and take Kyle to get psychiatric help because of the advice of Scientology/Narconon. 5. Kyle was independently trying to contact law enforcement about his Father. See next post. That is correct. But such evidence tampering fits inline with the evidence tampering that (as reported) likely took place with the laptop.

Father moved business records from office to his apartment. Some time after that a fire started in father's apartment destroying four apartments - and all records. IRS settled with him. Kyle's mobile had on it a photo of a note saying he was going to tell the truth to the authorities about the fire. Also, Kyle had, in August 2006, woken in the night to find Father standing over him with a heavy piece of office equipment, as if he was going to drop it on him. Scared him. He believed his father was going to hurt him. STarted blockign the door with stuff so father couldn't sneak in at night. Kyle was doing that again in Feb 07. Feb 15th, Kyle placed 3 calls to lawyers in Tampa.

No foul play. Meaning from the states point of view, Kyle Brennan killed himself. THIS we already know. What we did not know is the relationship between Thomas Brennan, Gerald Gentile and Denise Miscavige Gentile in detail. i will quell my RAGE for the time being!

(No church connection as oppose to no crime committed, nothing to see here). Have to say the cult's usual defence of it being a parishioner misinterpreting the teachings etc. will likely stand which is a shame because it's really a parishioner interpreting the teachings exactly as intended with the usual outcome of their teachings being a dangerous load of BS. The only likelihood of the cult being successfully sued is if Tom and Denise defend themselves by telling the truth and that is the cult made them do it by indoctrinating them with the BS they sincerely believed worked.
