we're not fucking ninja's. what do you think the police and/or a prosecutor would do if you dialed 9-1-1 to say that a scientologist was leaning against your vehicle and yes he did stop leaning against the vehicle when told to do so?

    lol no doubt
but its just proof that they are still dogging her
    thats all

It takes a good ten seconds or so to power up a camera. More to get it recording. And even more if you include the time it takes to notice something and then get the camera. You do the math, sweetheart, and then if we still don't live up to your standards you're welcome to come down here and show us how a real anon does it.

But you won't, because you're all talk and no action.

No, just intimidation by implied threat. A old scientology/mafia tactic.

  9. Heh, heh, I used to know a couple of people who had those. Spikes also. Most kept theirs up with clear gelatine and hairspray, but one guy I knew had a cunning plan to use super glue. He eventually had to shave his head just to get some sleep...

Shame on you, six! Insecure adolescent girls in America are starving for validation and you're going to throw away a perfectly good compliment! I would have LOVED to have that compliment when I was your age! ;)

You are the Premiere Fabulous Clearwater Troll, m'dear. You crack me up.

Now bask in that good hair compliment, you...

    re: upstat hairstyle... I lol'd

What the pseudomilitary sea org prob means by upstat female hairstyle is some version of whatever the military female acceptable hairstyle is nowadays... I think it's just away from your face or pulled back or something.

Which... ta da!! Means ama2 and 6 both do have upstat hairstyles!! Well done!

no doubt acquired pre-sea org. didn't he watch An Officer and a Gentleman when Richard Gere tries to cover up his tat with an epic band-aid?

called you a sociopath? he must almost have a crush on you. or else he would have gone for the jugular and called you a psychologist

I had originally misread it as "updo," and considering they're talking about the Patron's Ball, that's probably exactly what they mean. Asking women in service positions (the poster was referring to waitresses etc) during a formal event or at a fancy place to wear their hair "off their neck" ie in a bun wouldn't be very unusual.
  19. Anonymous Member

I mustn't have read your post closely. I thought they wanted upstat hair everyday not just for events.

my hair looks like hubbard's this morning. i believe i have achieved upstat hair. here is the recipe: be too tired to wash your hair, but get it wet while it's in tied up in a knot. go to bed without drying or even combing hair out. fight the bed all night. wake up with 2/3 of the the hair loose from the pony tail knot and the 1/3 still in the knot is somehow stuck on the side of your head. rip pony tail holder out. voilà! hubbard upstat hair! no. i'm not taking a picture of it.

During the afternoon raid we chatted with the editor of clearwater's He tooks some pics and wrote up a little piece on our activities.

    Scientology Protesters
Alex Hageli was not downtown for the music.

It was around noon Saturday and Hageli held signs and wore a Guy Fawkes mask (similar to the character in the movie V for Vendetta) in the shadows of the Fort Harrison and Flag building at Court Street and Ft. Harrison Avenue.

This is the second year he has come to Clearwater from Chicago to protest the Church of Scientology birthday celebration of founder L. Ron Hubbard. Hageli, a lawyer, said he made friends and had so much fun the year earlier protesting at the birthday party he wanted to come back.

This year Hageli and his Anonymous friends, were being taped by a student film crew from Florida State University. He said they would be around Clearwater holding signs downtown and near Ruth Eckerd Hall too.

While Hageli comes to Florida a few times a year to protest, he keeps the mask and signs at friends’ homes, it is much easier to travel that way.

“I don’t want to have to explain that to a TSA guy,” Hageli said.

  26. Just today was reminded of another possible meaning for the 'upstat' hair thing.

I work around a lot of college-age kids. There is a lot of kids dying brightly colored swatches, etc in their hair (I mean, I did that too once, but it was not a common style adopted by 'normal' girls like it seems to be now). I could see the sea org having a policy not unlike the bastards at Wherehouse records did back when I worked there before the dawn of time: no wild hair color, no asymmetrical cuts or hair of obviously differing lengths, etc.

At least we didn't have to wear uniforms to work at Whorehouse and even in the eighties at minimum wage I made more per week than the sea org does today.

You know, even with the danger of being ridiculed for my point of view I gotta express my opinion about videoing children. Yes, the scilons might have them kids there,; yes we are here to take the cult down; no, I do not think we should post any videos that have minor kids in them -- at least blurry their faces if you gonna do that. I am sorry, but that is a line I won't cross. Videos that have kids in them, no matter if they are koolaid-drinkers scilons, should not be put up publicly.

  28. anonymous612 Member

We tried that before. Scilons intentionally brought kids out once they realized what we were up to. Not filming at all is not an option.

This is footage recorded while protesting in public, not surreptiously recorded material for kiddie porn. If I was a spouse from whom my former spouse or child disconnected, this might provide the sole way of knowing where the child is and whether or not he or she is still alive.

It's also possible that some of these kids have been reported missing.

Good points, but fair warning that Scientology will try to curve it back on you.

True. But blurring the faces won't make them happy... so might as well do the right thing in the right way
  34. anonymous612 Member

You realize of course we've done our videos this way for years and have yet to be successfully challenged about it, right?

I remember seeing this piece of crap before. The "team of OTs" who can confront anything bawwing that someone is taking their pictures and posting them on the internet. I recall listening to a Ron's Journal recording where Hubbard insisted that he was the founder of the subject of scientology, not the religion. This propaganda piece refers to his birthday event as "the Birth of the Founder of our religion." Interesting how they attempt to redefine freedom of speech. Any speech they don't like is hate speech.

In this case, they weren't bawwing, just trying to exploit an angle. Most people seemed to be confused by the flyers, and it was probably an attempt to provoke an angry response from us. (The irony is that the pictures were of them exploiting the kids for PR purposes.)

It seemed to be one of their standard dirty ops. I don't know why they wouldn't do it these days, unless standards have slipped since Marty and Mike left.

That little girl being herded, and I use the term the way it's meant, to go with the rest of the crowd looks like she wants to be anywhere but wherever they are going.

Why aren't those kids in school getting a real education??

This is just wrong, flat out wrong.

My sentiments exactly. Previously it seemed like I only came across these kids on the weekend, so I told myself maybe its not as bad as it looks. Well, its looking pretty bad now.
