    Only $45k. Scientology organizations have to send 10% of gross income upstream.

    Charities may also be deemed ineligible if in Chase's sole and absolute discretion, a charity, its management or affiliated organizations, among other things:

    · is, or has been, under any investigation for fraud, misconduct (financial or otherwise) or other criminal activity;

    · promotes or suggests, directly or indirectly, the use of firearms/weapons, any illegal drugs, prostitution or pornography, violence, or the underage use of alcohol;

    · suggests or encourages, directly or indirectly, the taking up of arms against any person, government or entity or otherwise challenge or seek to overthrow any government;

    · disparages or denigrates any race, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, political orientation, national origin, citizenship, ancestry, marital status, veteran status or mental or physical disability or condition or otherwise discriminates (in an exclusionary way) against any of those groups based solely on being classified as fitting into those groups;

    · disparages, denigrates (in writing or otherwise), or acts by means of adversarial or confrontational tactics to impact a product, service, person, industry, or organization including, but not limited to, Chase or participants in the Programs;

    · has a primary purpose to advance a religious denomination, expand membership or encourage conversion, or whose programs and services are designed to primarily serve those of a specific religious denomination or faith;

    · supports or promotes the pro-life or pro-choice movements; [no, just far worse...]

    · spends a significant amount of time advancing a particular political party or candidate or supporting lobbying for any particular party, candidate and/or cause, or expanding or encouraging a membership or a particular political party, candidate or lobbying effort;

    · while participating in the Programs, or otherwise conducts itself, in an unsportsmanlike or inappropriate manner;

    · entices voters by offering any type of consideration, gift, or award, including merchandise, cash, online currency, or anything deemed to have value in exchange for votes; or

    · violates the Program Rules.

    Any organization determined to be ineligible at any time will be disqualified. Chase retains the right at its sole discretion to determine eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify any charity at any time for any reason whatsoever. Additionally, Chase reserves the right to eliminate an Eligible Nominator or an Eligible Voter’s involvement and all nominations or votes cast through the Programs if Chase, in its sole discretion, determines the Eligible Nominator or Voter is not abiding by these Program Rules or otherwise acting in an unsportsmanlike or inappropriate manner. Decisions by Chase will be binding and conclusive on all matters.

    Highlighted how they break nearly every rule, just for the lulz. You can take your pick of the ones to actually contact them about.

    I think someone with corporate writing skills should articulate maybe a couple of responses to Chase. Then from that source material letters, emails and phone calls could be made.
    After reading a post earlier and seeing the Chase logo attached to their materials I did not think that Chase would want any affiliation with any organization that facilitated LRH (Scientology) doctrines or teachings. The possibility of bad press or bad public publicity that could follow them in essence backing a church of scientology subsidiary could be damaging to their brand.
    These front groups obviously do use those materials and I believe this is all under the WISE umbrella am I correct?

    So, corporations are criticized for being parasitic users. When they DO try to give back, their good intention gets coopted by asshole scammers. The problem is, there seems no oversight to avoid money going to groups who win by dishonesty.
  27. So who's their competition? Do we have time to flood-vote them?

    Outside of $cientology, "Management by Statistics" has been discredited for years. Yes, statistical analysis can be useful to a business. But focusing completely on statistics, while ignoring your people's needs and abilities is a recipe for disaster. Hopefully $cientology will continue their "Thursday Stats" path to self destruction.

    The "children's center" has all these cheesy Scientology business seminars for cash. Do they actually do anything for kids?

    Arte Marin is an old GO fag who was involved with Operation Snow White.
    Yes, they do a few things for the kids?

    You know, I'd avoid the word special if I was doing the ads.

    Special education,
    Special bus,
    Special students,
    and a special dinner (bring your own food):

    Whatever you bring, the regs will be fed.
