Herro I not only believe you I am proud of you and think it's great that others are using you as an excuse to donate to a worthy cause.
What I like best about you is how so many people are so butthurt over you, for no reason whatsoever, even when you do nice things.

Hey. Guys. This thread is about Sparrow, not the valuable contributions he has received because of me. Please get back on topic. If you want to discuss me, make a thread in the dome.

Oh, Herro's just yanking your chain, he didn't really make the donation with the joke about Clyde @ DC Org. I know this for a fact, because I'm the one who made it! Mwa ha ha.

Sparrow could confirm the amount donated: two $20 bills. It was sent in a small envelope with neat handwriting and a Forever stamp on it. (Was it a pine cone stamp? I can't remember, but my other stamps from that sheet are pine cones, at least...)

Mods can confirm that I am, in fact, not Herro.

Not like it matters who I am or anything. The bottom line is, don't take Herro too seriously (he is a pretty cool guy sometimes and the devil's advocate position is useful, though I could do without the blatant thread derails), and see what you can do to help cover Sparrow's legal costs, even if it's only a little bit. Help a brotha out.

"Oh my word..he ate a bird" LOL. God, I love country hics.
  6. xenubarb Member

Stupid hicks doin it rong. It's not "Oh my word he ate a bird."

It's "Have you heard about the bird? Everybody knows that bird is the word!"

See what happens when you're in the woods too long?

    fify.

I have no doubt that Herro contributes funds to fight this miscarriage of justice,
but he might have "accidentally" put the Org's address on the envelope instead of Sparrow's.

    The set up
    The sting
    Masterfully played Herro.
Meanwhile back on the rails, I'm lost what's happening next. I know it's the civil trial but any progress? (OK I know lurk moar). ^^

Can the mods please abandon Herro to the Dome with the thread? He's useless upstairs.

Just a quick update, regarding my ability to return to protesting.

Moxon has drafted his version of the TRO and submitted it to my lawyer. I'm sure it's full of ambiguities and double negatives that my lawyer will have to sift through and make rebuttals against, etc. Once my lawyer is done with that it will be submitted to the Judge for final approval.

This has not been done yet.

So while 10 days was the best case scenario, it's more likely going to be 10 days from today (my best guess).

Thanks for the update Sparrow. Best of luck as always. Don't be surprised if Moxon doesn't pull some other shenanigans.

Definitely count on ambiguities, legal "words of art", and implied contracts. What would anyone expect from a criminal lawyer who works for a criminal organization?

And don't forget that perenial favorite, "Acting in concert with..." That's one of their favorites for attempting to use a TRO against one person, or group, to suppress the rights of everyone protesting against them.

I hope your lawyer is fully aware of Moxon's criminal history in the cult. I, personally, wouldn't consider one iota of anything that psychotic slimeball suggests in a TRO.

Alas due process necessitates Moxon's missives have to be considered in this instance. :-(

Moxon will make it as diffiCULT as possible for sparrow to return to protesting he's such a DICK.

I LOL'd. Likely to become an annual event, another excuse to reg the rank and file. We got rid of him for a while once, help us do it again - we just need another $$$$
  31. This question will probably get me banished to the non-existent dome, but what's the status on the criminal case transcripts?
  32. Anonymous Member

He's still working on getting them--the transcripts been held up due to technical glitches (nothing to do with the actual case). He is now just waiting to be contacted when the transcript is ready. The price is still only an estimate, so no definite price until they are finished. Sparrow thanks you (all of you!) for your patience. :)

Due to criminal and civil court cases AnonSparrow has not protested in front of the Washington, D.C. Founding Church of Scientology in 317 days and counting. His last protest in front of the Founding Church of Scientology was, I believe, July 24, 2010. Don't over-think it. It means to you what it means to you.

That sounds suspiciously like sciolon speak.
