I'm a fucking dumb-ass. Spell it out for me (no do not spell out dumb-ass, clearly I can type that, in case you missed it)

You are clearly the brightest bulb in the bunch. You can make up awesome poems.

Is it a bad thing that I don't get excited when I see this thread has replies?

Hey guise pubfag here. Court transcripts are the copyrighted material of the court reporter...*at least in california* you may buy a copy but you may not disseminate it. Small portions can be shared on forums for discussion. If Sparrow buys a copy and it gets "out" the clams are sure to point that out ...SO be sure to find out the laws in your area pertaining to court transcripts and sharing them!

So, this thread back on track yet? No? OK then, wake me up when someone says something interesting. /sleep

Hhhmmm lots of important small portions could need discussion though.

Most courts don't recognize that court reporters have copyright ownership to the transcripts they prepare.
  12. adhocrat Member

Thanks Smurf, I was looking for an answer to that.

Found this, though. It's the cost of transcripts in DC. It seems an outrageous fee to pay $4 a page for a court record. And if my math is accurate, the transcript could be as long as 550 pages.
  13. TinyDancer Member

550 pages? Only in a short trial. :p

What do I know? I've never been caught I'm a law abiding citizen.

this is going to be good
here's hoping that judge sees what a complete and utter ridiculous case this is

Remember that this is a Status Hearing only. It is to put the civil case back on the docket. I hope Sparrows lawyer can make the argument for a Summery Judgment based on the criminal trial. But you never know the judge might insist on hearing the case. On the other hand he might be looking for any reason to clear one more case off his docket.

looking for that "clearing off the docket thingy"

Judge Malcusso, (is that the name of this judge?) Sparrow is not guilty and please don't waste court time with this utterly ridiculous case, when it is obvious that the last case clearly showed a huge lack of COS credibility and also a huge bucket of fuckery by COS.

If the first judge made findings of fact the second judge can rely on them.
Otherwise its deja vu all over again.

Not what I would say the morning before answering to a judge on charges of stalking a woman, but, freck it, Sparrow is his own man, amirite.
  26. xenubarb Member

yep the countdown has begun. I hope this court cures my mad. The stoopid on the 'butts is strong today.

Good luck Sparrow - show that childish petty little sect that common sense and law will always prevail.
