    With the new European arrest warrant people can be extradited to other countries in the EU, if a citizen violated a law in the country that asks for extradition. This is what is happening to Julian Assange right now.

    Generally, German courts have already decided that they can rule about the legality of content by mere fact that this content is accessible from Germany.
    I don't think this will be happening to Carlton, as his site is too low-profile. Still, the possibility is something to keep in the back of your head, and always be wary of.
