Berlin, Dec. 18-19, 2010: Snow & Presents 12/18/2010: Snow vs. Scientology Part One So everyone. Because there will be some holidays (I heard) and some of us will be out-of-town, we decided to do two Flashraids in two days in Berlin, so our Scifags will not miss us. The first one (or better two in a row) happen on Saturday, December 18th, on the Joachimstaler Straße. That's an unusual spot for a Stresstest-booth on Saturday (mostly the Scifags use it in between the week), but what the hell: we can flashraid everywhere. First two Anons raided the booth in the late afternoon. And it was fun. The Scifags – as usual not able to sell a book or so – became angry this time, more than usual. Maybe they had already heard the news that DM claimed the end of Anonymous – and now we were still back. Or maybe they just under too much pressure because it's the holiday-season and they still could not sell books or get new members. Or maybe the weather got on their nerves. It was could, snow all around. People doing Christmas-shopping everywhere, but showed no interest in Scientology. And to top this: right beside the Scifag-booth there were a booth of the Red Cross, collecting donations for the rescue dogs or something like that. The Red Cross had a working radiator, more people, and Glühwein – and got real donations. Scientology didn't get anything. That could have made them jealous. They even called the cops and claimed that the two (!) Anons would hinder them from getting their fliers and brochures out. The police just shake their heads and were gone. Oh no. Way to what? Scientology Berlin produced “Way to Happiness”-brochures for the Christmas-season. Red color and some stars falling from the sky on the outside, the usual bullshit on the inside, but with the actual address of the Berlin Org. Dozens of those brochures could be found on the ground near the booth, because... who really wants them? The funny thing was that the Scifags put one of themselves into a Santa Claus costume to hand out the brochures. Looked stupid. Part Two Then, after the two Anons were gone and the Scifags probably believed that it was all over for the day, five Anons showed up on the Booth on the early evening, the two ones from before and three more. Just for the lulz. Nothing really new happened on this raid. The passers-by were very very friendly, even applauded. And Scifag Peter tried his old trick to run directly into the direction of one Anon, then just evade in the last second and only brush the Anon. That doesn't scare anyone but he tries it again and again. No, we just had our fun in the snow for about one hour. The important thing was that the Scifag Peter tried to follow us when we left. I know: always be alert when you leave. But Scientology hadn't tried to follow us for months now. So now it starts again. Peter even tried to get a picture from us when we had no masks on. The funny thing was, that “somehow” five minutes after he got back the to booth with this picture (on his crappy mobile-cam, so...), probably feeling like a big OSA-spy, the police showed up and forced him to erase the picture. How could this happen? Yieks. Is it not allowed to follow Anons? Pictures for December 18th, 2010 (Sorry, mobile-cam because I came from work): Album - 12/18/2010: Winter vs. Scientology - sevenload Video: 12/19/2010: Presents for Anon The next day it was Sunday, the usual day for our weekly flashraid. But it was also the last weekly flashraid before X-mas. And we were nice and kind this year. So Santa gave us presents! Angry Santa But before that: the same picture like yesterday. Only bigger. Seven Anons this time, maybe seven Scifags. They had two Scifags dressed as Santa Claus who handed out Way to Happiness brochures which were mostly thrown away immediately. And there were very cheap Santas, their costumes looked like they were stolen from the second hand store and they don't even looked nice. One of the Scifag-Santas – Thomas – even got angry at us, when one Anon ask him something like: “Why do you do this Scifag? You don't even celebrate christmas?” Thomas did not only turned around, but also tried to scare us. It was some kind of funny, because he really did not know what he should do. He also tried to make up some new rules (e.g. one should hold 70 centimeters distance from him or a rally has to have 30 participants to count as a rally, which is just bullshit). After one Anon ask him why someone – if you follow the Way to Happiness-brochure – is not allowed to have sex with more than one person, because that doesn't seem a happy life, Thomas was out of words and run away. (There will be a video of this “attack”. Just be patient.) The same Scifag-Santa later gave an Anon one of his brochures because he just was to slow to react and notice the mask. Quality personnel is what they have on the Stresstest-booth nowadays. Presents and Pro-Tip Okay, first on Pro-Tip from an Anon for Anons who want to flashraid in the Snow: If you shove the snow away until you find the blank floor and stand on this place, it will not be so cold as if you stand directly on top of the snow. (Also: Wear warm shoes and socks.) But then Santa gave us our presents. (Okay, we did it for ourselves, but hey... the best Santa is the Anon you like, isn't he?) What should I say? Much fun was had, just look in the pictures. Peter did it again Okay. We raided for about one and a half hour, told the police that Thomas tried to scare us away – something which the police did not like to hear. That's not good behavior, so they told the Scifags to hold it from now on. (As if that will happen.) And then, when we walked away in different directions, after the sundown, guess what: Peter tried to follow some of us, again. He didn't catch someone because he is fucking slow and has a shitty camera, but he tried, one day after he had to erase his other picture. Maybe he now is on a personal mission, maybe he has it's new orders. We'll see. There were talks in the last months, that Scientology Berlin could change it's boring tactics and try to fairgame anytime soon. Maybe that's it. I don't know. If Peter – an obvious ill and slow man in its 50's – is everything they have left, then that's a good sign.
