    Two things:
1 - will start a new thread to stop cluttering up this thread with this project.

2 - Although I live in OK, I cannot risk the fair game and won't be at the protest. However, I do want to help. So, I have an experienced criminal defense attorney ready to go if things get strange at the protest. No telling how the scifags will react given the media shitstorm they are facing now. I bought a throwaway cell phone today and David Love has the number and permission to give that number to anyone protesting. If shit gets weird and you need an attorney, CALL ME.

At least four TV stations, and many other media including Mark Bunker and Bert Leahy showed up for the Narconon Arrowhead protest following several recent deaths inside the Scientology Rehab in Oklahoma. About 40-45 protesters were in attendance to show support for the grieving families.

One lawsuit was filed yesterday, and several more are pending.

Narconon CEO Talks About Allegations As Protesters Gather - News9.com

The head of Narconon Arrowhead spoke for the first time about the allegations against the rehab center; this as dozens protested the facility Saturday afternoon.

    By Dana Hertneky, News 9

The head of Narconon Arrowhead spoke for the first time about the allegations against the rehab center; this as dozens protested the facility Saturday afternoon.

"If it's not happening in other mental facilities, why is it happening here?" asked Robert Murphy whose daughter Stacy died at Narconon Arrowhead in July.

"From what I've been led to believe she was put into a room and left unsupervised until they found her dead the following day," said Murphy. "They knew she was in a OD situation and they did nothing about it."

Murphy was among the 40-plus people who protested Narconon's Lake Eufala facility. Among the crowd, former patients, anti-Narconon crusaders and other family members who also lost loved ones at Narconon, like Shirley Graves whose son Gabriel also died while under Narconon's care in October.

"I'm hoping to make people aware of the fact there are needs for rehab and people need to choose carefully," she said. "I wish I would have passed this one by. My son would still be alive and with me."

"What I want to say from the heart, is my wife and I know what it's like to lose a child. And knowing that, I also know how desperate those families are for answers," said Narconon Arrowhead CEO Gary Smith.

News 9 was the only Oklahoma City media outlet that Smith agreed to talk to. Smith has not talked publicly about the controversy surrounding Narconon until now. He discussed with us, allegations surrounding the recent deaths, including a lack of medical staff.

Smith says they have one doctor who visits the facility five times a week. He also said they have seven nurses on staff.

"It's a 24-hour 7-day a week nursing staff, which once again exceeds state standards," Smith said.

Because of privacy laws, Smith says he can't comment on any past or current patients. However he says they are cooperating fully into all investigations.

"We have been in this a long time and we have the greatest faith in the regulatory and administrative systems of this state," Smith told News 9 when we asked if he was worried about the facility being shut down.

Family members protesting Saturday, however, say shutting the facility down, at least temporarily while officials investigate, is exactly what they want.

scilon speak: one doctor means one ex-doctor or soon to be ex who will never disclose his name willingly. Seven nurses probably are not registered in any way, or narconon staff now all call themselves nurses.

  17. Some video of protestors:
    http://www.okcfox.com/newsroom/top_stories/videos/kokh_vid_6481.shtml

This is the strangest wording. Every sentence is just a little off.

This reads to me as though he is trying to discredit the parents because they are grieving and not thinking straight.
Poor Narconon. So unfair. And Canada is just a big meany, too.
Is he comparing "the truth of what actually occurred" mentally against "the truth of what actually did not occur" ... see http://www.statementanalysis.com/
thousands of addicted lives ... are not lost? Is he really saying, "Look at all the people we managed to Not kill?" or "the reality is not lost" (Agreement issues are suspect.)

If they really were in compliance, wouldn't he just say:

Narconon Arrowhead and its staff ARE in compliance with the federal and state law and state certification requirements.

Strange use of Thankfully here, amidst all this tragedy.
The facts "are not lost" above, but still need to be "isolated" and "arrived at" or maybe it's just me.
It feels ... uhm ... can't pin it down. Anyone?

So proud of all of you. Incredible turnout. Terrific media coverage locally. People are paying attention.

It may or may not feel like it to those who were there, but epic strike at the heart of evil is epic.

I have volumes of news updates, pics and videos to share and I will ASAP.

Today was one day in my life that I shall never forget - - in fact this entire trip has been
one of the most incredible events that I will remember forever. The Oklahoma people and their
    hospitalitity, is second to none.

Now I know why I have not finished my first of two books I'm writing. This trip had to occur first.

If I had one wish in life, it would be for ALL people to be able to experience what I have thus far on this trip.

I have been to many protests in many cities and Countries, but none like this. To see and feel the pain and watch the tears run down so many faces (including mine), was a heart tugging and emotional time that I can not explain in words right now. It's 2:00am, I'm tired and I'm trying to get an article done asap that will address Gary Smith's lies and scripted OSA speach to media.

I apologize for only uploading one video so far, but I do have enough footage, including some of
Mark Bunker and I having some fun and laughs.

I still have some dox to write and submit to govs down here and we now have more senator and
other prominent and powerful entities climbing on board.

The Media and officials recognize the frivilous attempts to Dead Agent/Fair Game for
what is is. And that is: "Scientology is the same yesterday, the same today, and will be the same
tomorrow - - as far as their lies, human rights abuses, manipulation, fraud, and insideous
    criminal behaviour.

Do I think this is the end for Narconon Arrowhead? With who I've met and spoken to over the
past few days, including a very special Lawyer, "Gary Richardson" who is representing several
patients in pending lawsuits which may proceed in a "Class-Action", this cult is in for the ride
of their life. I have met MANY lawyers, but never one like this - amazing and incredible!

I want to thank all my friends and family, but especially the Oklahoma people who have welcomed me
in the most special and loving way.

    Now, back to work:)

Every time Gary W. Smith trots out that line about 'certifications/accreditations', or the alphabet list of certifications/accreditations, the news crews need to start demanding info on exactly when was the last time they were updated, and by whom - exactly - including where are they legally licensed to do business, what are they actually licensed for, and their business license number.

This ^^^ article is very good indeed. "The Mental Health find the [FSM] practice questionable" :)

I spoke to them about this practice, but went to the next stage of "comitting fraud" and willful
misrepresentation when these FSMs con "desperate and vulnerable victims" into Narconon
using a false success rate. Health agreed that the NN practice of false success rates is very illegal
and I explained that when this is done to victims over State lines, with funds being wired across
State lines, I put a question to them - "Does this not warrant an FBI investigation?"

My question was answered with a serious half-smile and nod.

Preparing to do a Radio show in Oklahoma today - should be interesting. I think it's a pte-recorded
show and will post link asap:)

    Ya'all have a great day.

Bear in mind that Hubbard was in the habit of writing his own dictionaries, so you need to pin them down on which one they're using at any given moment.

They may not have replied but that is Interstate-Wire-Fraud also if they colluded knowingly worked together on an illegal act that would warrant Conspiracy charges as well. You are also quite aware of the RICO statute there may be, really sounds like there is something there. The Feds are a lot more difficult to deal with if they charge you.
