I seem to recall reading something or seeing a video where Gerry described working directly with Hubbard on "Operation Normandy".

They're confidential and suppressed by the CoS and the Zoners have been complicit in keeping them out of everyone's hands. It was cute when a congress or two was "leaked", then it was interesting when the entire SHSBC was released. Now we have leaks that are bizarre and damning, enough to shake up the most devoted clam who chooses to listen. Interesting times!

Someone might want to clean this file up a little or turn in into a pdf - ??
