I'm sorry if this sounds incredibly stupid and if I sound like I sux cocks, but I wonder if the police officer who refused to take the report could then be criminally liable as an accessory to the commission of a crime: To wit, assault and any other crimes that may have been committed by the Rent-a-Future-Prison-Bitches.

Sue them into oblivion, bankrupt them and the next seven generations of their families, put them in prison, make them curse their mothers for ever giving birth to them, and leave them as empty shells of humanity as an example to others saying, "YOU DO NOT WANT THIS!!!". I find myself reminded of the movie, "The Princess Bride", at least, on a metaphorical level. One of my favorite scenes follows.

The man with the police shirt on is really fucked. He is either impersonating an officer OR he is an off duty officer that is charged with knowing and enforcing the law and knew or should have known better.

The fact that he aparently skipped back over to his fellow protesters afterwords would suggest there wasn't anything other than trivial / minor injuries (ie. scrapes and bruises).

But as of now looks like a solid case. Although the fact that he actually got cited for trespassing might complicate things.

Right. He cited him for trespassing on a street THAT WAS NOT BLOCKED. THe permits don't extent past Olympic, and we never walked that far. We were about 50 yards away. The only time he was past Olympic is when they took him there.

They have no case.

They were off duty, retired and I think the one I was talking to said he was from another city. Couldn't hear with all the yelling at us and cursing and Bad fake fingernail OSA lady threatening us.

I just had a thought. It hurt but I'll share it anyway.

Assuming that these items are true:
Anon was on non-restricted public property...
Anon was being cooperative...
Anon was assaulted resulting in minor injury...
The security guards were unwilling dupes in regard to scilon shenanigans...
...and given the fact that no anons have been violent at any protests (except to pansies).

Could Co$ be held liable for "incitement to violence"?

After all the legal wrangling is done with, I was wondering if copies of this incident will be making their way into the hands of the local news channels?
If the actions of the security guards in this video are exactly how you're saying they are, then by all rights the public needs to know.
Surely, if any of these guards are off-duty Metro, Serpas, Metro's Police Chief, isn't going to stand idly by while Metro is getting a black eye publicly. Adding to that is the negative publicly for both the security firm and the Scilons.

Be sure to keep a detailed diary. It is a pain in the ass to do but instrumental should something be wrong with you other than a few scrapes and utter humiliation at being falsely arrested while trying to comply with armed intimidation.

It not only helps with your case but also with diagnosis should something develop.

And no joke, if you even slightly hit your head be very mindful of everything that takes place. Head injuries are complicated and even a slight hit of the head can kill you if it happens in just the "right way".


Also, document any mental issues that take place on a day to day basis as you have to deal with a criminal charge against you and the memory of having your ass hauled away into the lair of the Viper where people have been known to disappear.
