Their political agenda is to expand the definition of "rape", so that a person does not have to feel she has been raped for the act to be legally prosecutable as rape. It makes kind of sense in cases where women are forced to sex by abusive spouses, but this is taking the principle out of all proportions. It appears the enemies of Wikileaks have found two willing idiots to do their bidding. To me, it was about damned time and nothing comes as a big surprise. Yeah, there was some facts that maybe would do some harm, but in my opinion there wasn't enough to do the harm the US Media keeps drumming. That said, I am not reaching for my tinfoil here. To me, there has been a lack of facts about this "rape" case and last I cared the case was dropped before the leaks began. I am sure some are thinking that this rape case isn't coincidental or that this is a US version of Fair Game. However, to me there hasn't been enough facts for me to say "Free Assange!" or "Fuck Assange!". The point I urge to make is that we should wait and see how this plays out and avoid tinfoil moonbat shit faggotry. I seriously, underline seriously, doubt this will kill Wikileaks or reign in the NWO.

Both sexes have been known to sabotage condoms, women sometimes do that if they want to get pregnant and sometimes even force a man to pay maintenance for the resulting child. Men probably sabotage condoms more often because men deal more with condoms. Women who want a baby when the man doesn’t are likely to do things like forgetting to take the pill. Again sabotaging a condom is wrong whichever sex does it if it’s done, still I’m a bit puzzled. Men sometimes refuse to wear condoms because they think sex is more pleasant without one, sex with a sabotaged condom is just as limited as sex with a working condom. Assange had nothing to gain and everything to lose, sabotaging a condom put Assange at risk from any diseases that Jessica might carry and put him at risk, depending on Swedish law of having to pay maintenance for any child born to Jessica whom he hardly knew. If Assange were in the habit of sabotaging condoms isn’t it likely there would be more than one child by now? I’m very doubtful if he’s guilty.

Re: ASSANGE ARRESTED I know condoms sometimes break, that's why I emphasised deliberately sabotaging one. If a condom broke accidentally neither party is guilty. I just wanted to make clear sex with a sabotaged condom, if it happenes probably is non-consensual sex because one party doesn't know the condom is sabotaged. Several posters were saying that can't be rape, it can be non consensual. It's also very likely that Assange did nothing more than consensual casual sex, has been set up and framed as the next page suggests.
