Applied Scholastisc using H-1 B visas to import foreign "skilled" teachers

This is a couple years old. In 2007, Applied Scholastics imported 3 foreign "teachers" on H-1 B visas. Since Applied Scholastics claims to be secular, they did not apply for R-1 Religious Worker Visas, but standard "skilled labor" visas.

What is the H1B Visa Program?

Applied Scholastics is run by the Sea Org, and is under the larger umbrella of ABLE (Association of Better Living and Education). Previously, Scientology tried to import a foreign Sea Org member to work in ABLE, using an R-1 Religious Worker Visa, but was denied. The denial is here:

Taking the Student Hat course does not make a skilled anything. I would say organized scientology defrauded the State Department on this one.

Anons in the US should alert the Dept of immigration and the IRS that this is fraudelent practice and those visas should never have been issued.
You have a good case. Highly skilled workers do not get minimum wage and the jobs that are taken from Qualified US citizens for these dubious foreign slave labourers place that much more burden on the US Taxpayer.

Scientology is probably long abusing the immigration statues in all the countries outside of the US they operate. We already know they abuse the NHS by shipping their old UK staff back home without contribution all those years. There must be some way to document/track applications in various countries and their outcomes?
    We need leaks.
