Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) Actually the entire complaint must be served upon the defendents or the defendents' attorney of record. Usually a process server can do it or any non-party to the case.

Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) Aside from from the tinfoil introduction and aside from the accusation of genocide, the complaint actually reads quite well and describes events that have collaborating dox. The various events in the complain certainly paint a picture of deliberate harassment with scifag activity seeming to be the deliberate cause of that. There will be legal wangling to come but this is interesting as a start.
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) AO's complaints states a case for compensation for emotional distress. In the past, cult attorneys have cited this sort of claim as grounds for a judicial order for Plaintiffs to have to submit to psychological testing (for an objective evaluation as to how much "emotional distress" someone has suffered). Plaintiffs who have been targeted with this order have been subject to an extensive, multi-day psychological inventory (including tens of invasive and embarrassing questions focusing on unrelated subjects, like their entire employment history, family relations, sexual history, and whatever drugs they have taken in the course of their life). Questions asked of Plaintiffs, read like a form of a sec check. Their detailed psych report then makes it way into the "public" section of the court case file.
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) IMO, it's nearly impossible to preface a discussion of the Happy Fun Cult's beliefs and motivations without coming off tinfoilly. And it's that discussion of Co$ considering itself above "wog law" (enshrined in sacred HCOPL's) which will support punative damages. All in all, looks to me like solid work, Graham. Here's wishing you Skill...
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) You do, but Graham loves to throw his harpoons at them at let the turd wads know what their looking forward to. LOL.
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) When did "orange" become a code word for "blow job"?
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) Smurf, that is not correct. At least in California you have to serve the Summons, Complaint and any Orders issued by the Clerk's office (typically a scheduling order).
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) he should use some of that to buy me a new computer
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) Oh good. Francois can buy himself another Eastern block wife.
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) Even if AO's case goes his way and he gets bank, you know that he will never seen anything soon. The Co$ will appeal this shit to the ground and try to get anything reduced. Plus the MoneyTech will never allow them to pay it when they're suppose to. You know how the Co$ don't like paying their bills on time. But good luck to AO anyway...
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) What's the going rate? Just out of curiosity.
Re: AO vs CoS civil suit over assault/arrest (RIC538634) Stop calling Barb a dog. She's just a little rough round the edges
