oh ok sorry. carry on with the argument. And Smurf! WTF? I sent you the picture of my house (aka The Love shack) in confidence, thanks alot dude
Where is the sellout? The judge sent it to mediation. He can't talk about the decision other than its settled. Having been through mediation a number of times, the mediator has ALWAYS imposed that in every case I've been involved in. No sellout there, by any means. He may have just gotten everything he wanted, although I doubt it. I'm sure he got something halfway decent though.

Nope. According to a source involved in the case, AO was confronted with an ultimatum: watch the case be dismissed & he walk away with nothing, or he accept a $3,500 settlement. He chose the latter. The settlement has a gag agreement prohibiting AO from discussing the terms of the settlement, but he is free to discuss, in general, why he accepted the settlement. He has remained silent and in hiding.
Source involved in the case. Yeah, right. Heard that a million times. Got the source, name it. They're obviously not under the gag order, so let them come and say it. Sorry, calling BS on this one.
