It's a shoop with data changed for mysterious porpoises. But the complaint is accurate.

Read her complaint.. #5 - Infliction of Emotional Distress.

California civil court judges tend to provide defense attorneys alot of leeway in addressing this complaint and are entitled to have the plaintiff seen by mental health experts. Defense psychs are allowed to delve into one's background starting from birth, family history including any family history of mental disease, one's entire work experience (usually limited to the last 5-10 years depending on the judge), and the indepth exam can take 6-8 hours.

Barb, if seeing a court-ordered psych, will be required to complete a battery of written tests (which, in itself, drive's one fucking nuts!) which ask her to reply to a litany of questions like "I loved my mother", "I hear voices", "I would like to be a baseball player"... the questions will be asked repeatedly, but worded differently.. and the defense psychs will focus on questions which might have been answered differently, and by doing so, claim she's dishonest or make the case she's a liar.

If Barb's attorney is experienced, he/she will be able to suppress all that subjective bullshit.

The downside of all this is that Moxon and whomever else is involved in the defense will have access to all the psych reports and the interview with Barb. Moxon will, undoubtedly, file it with OSA to be used against her at a later date after the civil case has been resolved.

Heh. That's gonna be weird. I was adopted, so no genetic history of mental disease is known. My work experience is a bit bizarre, and indicates that I really like adrenaline.
I love my parents, hear voices when someone calls me on the phone, and hate baseball.

Basically, I yam what I yam and it's all I ever want to be. Is that sane, or am I crazy for having no ambition other than having a good time while I'm here?

Psych testing in civil court cases is one big scam anyway... the results are all subjective anyways.. judges, through years of courtroom experience, know that you can come out psych testing clean as a whistle, but the psych will report you as fundamentally insane with all kinds of mental defects, caused by years of abuse, neglect and psychological disturbances... it's all bullshit, but court cases are like one big chess game & the judge and attorneys are the players.

I suspect, if Moxon has you tested, he will provide the psych with photos of you holding the M-16 (in joking) and others and try to paint you as unstable. If you remind yourself, it's all a fucking game, you'll come out of all of this just fine.

Remember unless and until you are required by subpoena to turn over emails there is nothing keeping you from purging your INBOX, SENTBOX, DRAFTS OR TRASH! There is also no reason for you not to tell people to not send you things they don't want that can get them dragged in to court.

In some civil cases, the defense has convinced judges to order confiscation of one's computer, so a cyber forensics team can open up the hard drive and extract data that's been deleted from the history. But, this is very rare and usually reserved in criminal cases.

It's that Americans are scared to offend anyone for fear of civil litigation, so nowadays they have a kneejerk reaction to anything that vaguely smacks of whatever it is AO was supposed to have done with his make-up.

It's OK to take away human rights (Gitmo, anyone?), tho, and bomb the shit out of defenceless peoples.

No hypocrisy there, or OTs either.

That's because your native country doesn't have the history of mistreating & killing black people as the U.S. does. Mimic'ing blacks is a major no-no here. In 1993, actor Ted Danson (Kirstie's co-star in "Cheers") caused a scandal when he was dating Whoopi Goldberg. He appeared at a roast in blackface and told "nigger jokes" (which Whoopi later admitted she had written for him.)

US used to persecute persons with lots of melanin. Now Farrakhan leads them to the nearest org for mandatory processing.

Nowadays, blacks are more likely to die as the result of criminal activity by a fellow black, than to suffer injury from someone of another skin color. So sez stats of the suppressives at the FBI.

All these people not understanding why blackface is wrong. I guess that's bound to happen when you have a movement comprised almost entirely of middle class white people that worship at the altar of irony. Seriously though, do yourselves up in blackface and walk around in public. Make sure people see you. You'll be taught a valuable lesson.

Has the complaint been filed??? What the heck?

Be that as it may, still doesn't make it morally wrong. In fact, if you strive for equality that's exactly what you should do, and it should be encouraged.

"It's wrong because people will beat you up for it"

    Kinda like homosexuality, right?

The complaint hasn't been filed and XB admitted that some of the info shown is shooped... why she wants to play games & post a phony document?? You'll have to ask her.

Part of your reaction is that you are not American...and America has a lot of baggage that has never been fully dealt with.

In that case SALVATORE MEO is "an individual" not "and individual." If you need free proof-reading so you can stretch your legal budget to make it to the end just holler.

Yawn. If you only realized how many court cases & documents get filed that haven't been checked for spelling or grammar.

Looks like XB superimposed her name and changed the file number & judge's name on what was AO's complaint filed with the Riverside Court.

I think part of the misunderstanding here is cultural. As smurf pointed out, blackface occupies a rather unique position in American culture and history. Regardless of the intent of the person in black face, the act carries powerful cultural meanings that go beyond the individual. You also have to understand that blackface existed almost entirely as a way for whites to essentially devalue and mock black culture. It wasn't necessairly malicious or hateful but it was still essentially constructing the african american as clown. So it really never existed apart from systems of racism and white privilege. It still carries that baggage today.

I guess another way I could put what I'm trying to convey is that blackface, at least in this country, really has no commonly understood meaning apart from constructing a mockery of blacks and black culture. And because of that, the only meaning people are likely to take from blackface is an offensive act of racism, regardless of the intent of the person in blackface. Obviously there will be variations in how others react- some might not take offense at all. But by and large it still holds a powerful and very ugly place in the American collective consciousness.

Smurf approved of AO's blackface at the time AO did it, as you can hear in Smurf's own voice on Smurf's own video. Smurf just has a stick up his butt over AO now. It's just a time-wasting sissy slap-fest at this point.

I bet you're one of those people who are always complaining about how Herro's such an asshole and never contributes anything. Now he lays down a substantial post in a bullshit thread and you just blow right by it.
  37. Anonymous Member

Good thing you didn't place money down. You'd lose that bet.
  38. Anonymous Member

Regardless, some are in blackface to mock with a racist intent, some to be funny (and can do it without mocking racism re: Billy Crystal, Fred Armisen), and some are fucktards who don't fully understand how delicate it needs to be done if attempted, and just wanted to be an attention whore (AO).

Whatever you say, dumbass. I didn't think anything of it at the time because AO said he was a Somalian pirate and Somali's are dark skinned. And the protest was in Hollywood where alot of people play dress up and slap on makeup. Obviously, some took offense to what AO was doing and some us just shrugged. Whether what AO did was offensive or not, is up to the individual.
