Not nice. In most countries, the judiciary system is not good at handling those who tend to abuse it.
I really want to know what is in the agreement. I guess we will know at some stage anyway.
  3. Anonymous Member

AGP can't keep his mouth shut so it will come out and then AO will have to give the money back and the CoS will sue him and then AO will be bankrupt....and so on.
  4. RightOn Member

I can't put myself in AO's shoes and what he has gone through with the attack itself and then all the court dates and fair game. Dont know if I would have lasted that long.
What I don't like is the fact that the guards got off scott free for a brutal attack? That's it? No charges for them?
    That I don't like.
At least he is free to protest, and I hope he cost the cult a whole lot of moolah. (well I guess the COS member's "donations" are the ones really paying him in the long run)
  5. xenubarb Member

The DA is a tool and refuses to press charges against those goon faggots.
  6. RightOn Member

    wow
    that is sad.
what can possibly be the grounds of the DA seeing it that way? hmmm
  7. Anonymous Member

then it should be exploited that the DA allows people to be brutally attacked including having a flare put under AO's car in an arrid area and "trap" people into getting attacked without any charges being brought against them.
I think this story needs to see the light of day again and the public should know what the COS gets away with

Well, at least he can still protest. Not happy with cult guards getting off scot free, though.

defintely a story that needs to come out.
    perhaps a video?
and also address Riverside tax payers

It would be easier if the cult did this to someone other than AO. AO keeps shooting himself in the foot. He has been quiet lately. Maybe he has calmed down, or maybe he finally listened to old advice from lawyers to stay low while a legal issue is ongoing.

    We shall see.

    Is he a millionaire now?

Let's not get all hyperbolic about it, m'kay? The flare was nowhere near our RENTAL car. It was about 10 ft away from where I was sitting on the tailgate, making sure it didn't ignite brush or something.

The rest of your post, I totally agree with. But I have no idea how to go about it. The Riverside paper likes to pet cult with velvet mittens.

Moral of this story: NO SOLO PROTESTING, not even 50 feet from another Anon.

If guards attack, Anons stand back to back to defend.

Perhaps the DA doesn't see a reason to press charges.

The scientology criminal enterprise legal person mentioned in AGP's announcement is Lynn Shape who got her start in the Legal Bureau of the Guardian Office at the Flag Land Base in 1978. Lynn was from Miami and did G.O. work there. Her husband was Norm Shape, the Information Bureau Branch 1 Collection Officer. Norm did a great deal of data collection on Gabe Cazares, who was repeatedly fair gamed by scientology.
It amazes me how many ex-G.O. people are in OSA or do OSA work as public.
Could it be that nothing really changed from "the criminal G.O."?

    huh!
  19. DeathHamster Member

Which is completely against the claims they made that Snow White doesn't happen any more. I think they even had a cover your ass Policy Letter that said GO people could be in OSA.
  20. Scatman Member

    Fixed.
They can if they have been gang bang "sec-checked".
  21. Herro Member

Lol remember when everyone said that AO was gonna take the Church to the cleaners?
  22. DeathHamster Member

And when did everyone say that?

he may have not taken them to the cleaners, but I am sure the cult had to do at least some of his laundry lol

Indeed. I was personally at the Hollywood Guaranty Building in 1990 and 1992... right in front of the canteen (or was it the Estates Office? I think they were right next to each other.) on the 6th floor was a duty roster, org board or something. On it, along with many other names and post titles, etc., I noticed something really interesting:

"SNOW WHITE PGMS CHF OSA INT Siegel, Elaine"

The Snow White program was never shut down. Just like Fair Game... policy letter cancelled, policy upheld.

may people said OMG the cult is so screwed at first.
but many people changed their minds as the case took many turns

Good old Elaine, I wonder how she's doing these days?
    Is it safe?

How do you know he didn't? As far as anyone knows he could have gotten several million. That is unless you happen to be psychic and know something we don't know.

I think it has a lot to do with this:

Without any witnesses, pix, vids, or dox it comes down to a "He said. They said" issue. The guards could say AO provoked it and AO can say they provoked it. However, without credible evidence, the DA probably didn't have enough to go after the guards or AO.

I also recall at some point most of everyone turning 180 on AO. Wonder why that is.

There is really no reason for you to throw your .2 cents worth of crap at every fucking thread. In this case you're not being incisive, brilliant or questioning.
    You're just being stupid.

No, I'm presenting a very plausible alternative to your rather silly and childish assertion that the DA is a tool.

Solo protest? No. And if guards attack, IT'S CLOBBERIN' TIME!

No you aren't. The video clearly shows him being beat down, with cult goons as the aggressors. The DA is a tool. If Scientology hadn't been involved, I'm sure that the DA would've moved on this.

    How do I know?

Just read the fucking Riverside paper's crime reports. Pfft! You are just wasting time.

Those PIs who were following AO around and bothering everyone he knows, they don't work for free. One PI at Gold told shydavid and me that he got $900 a day for being there at Gold during the Summer of Henson. I told him he was gypped, that we got $1000 a day from our pharmaceutical overlords.

They've spent plenty on AO, who came out of this a lot better than Keith Henson did. Progress?

He got restrained. They thought he was on private property. There was no "beat down." Hell you getting shoved was more aggressive than what they did to him.
  38. Anonymous Member

THEY were supposed to be observant of the actual property line, and whether or not AO was trespassing. The onus is on THEM. They could and should have have warned him before bum-rushing him. They didn't because of the cult policies regarding the handling of SPs.

A citizen's arrest was performed on him, despite no offense or crime having been committed. Adrenaline got the best of the guards. This is UNLAWFUL DENTENTION, or whatever the equivalent is called in Califucknia.

If you'd pulled your head out of your dog's anus long enough, you would have noted this.

Bullshit. They know where the lines are. You weren't there to see them holding him down in a headlock and twisting, causing him permanent neck damage.

Furthermore, the law states that, for misdemeanor trespass, security guards are to confront you, inform you that you are on private property AND ESCORT YOU OFF THE PREMISES!

Not throw you down in the dirt and try to twist your head off, although in your case I find that exceedingly appealing.

So stfu about shit you know nothing about, k?
