  2. Thats very interesting, quote from the article above
"Kinder called on Atty. Gen. Chris Koster and prosecutor Rice to join him in asking the U.S. Circuit Court to convene a grand jury. "
The bully from gentry county mentioned in post 159 had a huge 4' x 8' Koster sign in his yard during the elections. Rumor had it that the bully was saying that Koster had taken a personal interest in his case.
Could be just a fluke but maybe anonymous needs to look into this other case of Rice not bringing a case to trial. This has the makings of a good conspiracy. Bwaaahaaahaaa!

I always love this shit because ten to one, anymore I am old enough to be the complaintent's parent and would take the little bastard to the fucking metaphorical woodshed if they were my kid. I'm also proud my real kids are more honest than that.

'The Basement ' is a state of mind, and most of Maryville's minds are far lower than that, sewers and gutters from what I can see.

They are censoring comments, mine did't show up. Maybe if it was a straight up bad review it will stick.

Got it. Currently they are ranked #1. Maybe they other restaurants in town should get some love.
I hear some of the others are quite good and don't support rapists.

Applebees is #3. They always have good food and the service sounds non-rapey.

Fuck you, you ingnarate bastard thats not something to joke about! I dont think you would want a man to rape you then leave you to die on your front lawn.

What? I was referring to something else and not the girl in question. I was also wrong after listening to Jennie C Riley's song, it was the girl being punished for MOM wearing miniskirts. Where did you assume I was talking about the MO girl? The song came to mind because it is a laundry list of small town corruption. A verse about rapey football players would fit right in and be just as accurate. I guess the song appeals because I grew up in such a place, not unlike Mayville MO.

For those too young to have heard it:

Hi Neonano, it's good to have you onboard here.
There are discussions of rape jokes and triggers in the No Rape forum. It might help you navigate thru Anonymous humor. Rape jokes don't go away and protesting only brings more.

We're in the No Rape forum now. We already went over this; it isn't really a good idea to clutter up activism threads with rape jokes. There is a rape joke thread. Do it there. Have a little consideration for what we are attempting to accomplish. KTHX.

I understand. I got a lot of unintended flak for referencing that song. I don't know why. I find it inspiring and a reminder that all those folks who are covering up that rape in Maryville probably have a few skeletons of their own, that's why they all cover for each other. I hope anon and the brave girls and families blow the cesspit sky high...

    Cheers!

They are doing the same on yelp. They removed most of the posts on there and ban hammered people including yours truly.

Yep they cancelled my account too. Bastards.

The bad reviews that were straight reviews are still there, look like they deleted anything tied to the rape.

Anonymous Forcing Maryville Rape Case Reinvestigation

Published by The Young Turks on October 16, 2013

"Yesterday, the Internet vigilantes of Anonymous launched a campaign to force authorities in Maryville, Missouri, to revisit the alleged rapes of 14-year-old Daisy Coleman and her 13-year-old friend Paige Parkhurst (who first came forward on Al Jazeera America last evening). "If Maryville won't defend these young girls, if the police are too cowardly or corrupt to do their jobs, if the justice system has abandoned them, then we will have to stand for them," said the hacktivist group's statement. "Mayor Jim Fall, your hands are dirty. Maryville, expect us."

The case gained national prominence via a weekend story in the Kansas City Star, which reported that Daisy and Paige were sexually assaulted by two upperclassmen athletes, 17-year-old Matt Barnett and a still unnamed boy, after getting drunk with them at a party. (Daisy, whose assault was allegedly videotaped by 15-year-old Jordan Zech, was left outside her house in freezing weather afterward.)

The girls were harassed at school and online, Daisy's family left town, and the charges against the boys were dropped, even though county sheriff Darren White had "no doubt" there had been a crime. But that might change now that Anonymous has threatened to bring the double-edged sword of Steubenville-style attention to Maryville...".

Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur break it down on The Young Turks.

Wow, the part when they reported that Paige said the authorities separated her and Daisy and told her that Daisy was "throwing her under the bus," and trying to turn the girls against each other? Man. They really hit the nail on the head in that last bit. Why would you treat the victims like the criminals, unless you were on the side of the perpetrators?

  28. This is WolfAngel - Sorry...I didn't get anything in my first posting attempt. IDEA: As long as Anonymous is fighting against the spread of rape culture, y'all might consider checking into the elite University of Richmond. Check out their "Richmond Confessions" FB page and see if you can dig through their email. I saw one posting by a frat boy who wrote of watching his brothers put stuff in the drinks of girls who attended their parties. I know of one tenured prof in the Psych Dept. who had to "settle" a sexual harassment case which ended his position as Dean - but he's still on the payroll (probably because he eliminated 2 popular teachers to cover the cost of his settlement). And I know at least one woman who was raped by a football player but her complaints were dismissed by the administration. I very much doubt she is alone but UR is wealthy, powerful and hyper-concerned with their image. More effort put into PR than into making it true. Check 'em out - you'll find plenty to work with!
