Anonymous posts - recycling banned accounts

As most of you likely have noticed, for the past three days whyweprotest has been recycling banned accounts by using the "post anonymously" feature.

This has caused some confusion, and we would like to know whether you are having fun, or if you consider it a nuisance.

If you do like the idea, feel free to bring up a candidate you would like to see featured as anon post of the day. Candidates must be permanently banned.

And no we wont ban someone so that nick can be used.

    I support this.

I would also like to nominate Tory Maggo. AO would be kind of funny too.

it's funny but it's also got to be confusing to newfags and lurkers, of which there seems to be many these days owing to all the recent media coverage

it's not annoying as much as it's confusing

Re: Anonymous posts - recycling banned accounts

Herro is not permanently banned, it however sprung the idea.

Worst case scenario, once we run out of candidates, we could possibly cycle through the accounts at random. Or just go back to plain old anon posting.

But that is something to worry about once we run out of accounts.

Most people with half a brain should be able to figure out which posts are the anonymous ones. The idea is entertaining, so I think it should be kept.

I hereby give the staff of WWP full permission to use my name and likeness for any and all anon posting the next time I get banned.

it might be better to rename the "Anonymous" account each day so all the Anonymous posts change with it?

and to have profile info on hand of notable people like Babs Shwartz and TD - and my favorite nomination Puthy Man
