Anons with an e-meter, I need sum help

I'd like to know the external dimensions of the current oval models.

Just width will do, but others would be helpful too. Like the height of the faceplate etc.

I'm good with fabricating props, I'd like to build a replica - likely a working one, with an analog multimeter inside.

Make one that says, "The cow says MOOOO." "The clam says SNAP SNAP SNAP."

they are about 11.8 inches wide, 8.75 inches high, 3 inches deep,

    the TA meter is a 5.5 x 3.25 oval.

the knobs are 2.5, 1.6 and 1.5 inches in diameter.

the rectangular readouts are 1.4 x 0.5 inches.

    enjoy

Looking forward to seeing your e-meter in action. :)

Maybe give it one of those "exclusive" limited edition colour schemes. :p

Yeah, a black, green and white E-meter would be pretty sweet.

You should make it giant-sized, it would be funnier

Thanks a million for the input! :)

I've got all I need now.

Still not sure what color it'll be but that's something I can decide on when it's finished - I'll most likely and up making it out of fiberglass and resin, so it will have to be painted anyway. A light, vacuformed version may be possible at a later time if others will be interested.

You should have a rotary knob that selects the lulzmeter mode. You know, position one is Gay. Position 2 is Moo. Position 3 is Clam, etc.

Then get a Dianetics t shirt printed, set up stress tests in the street and rob people blind. Could be fun.

LOL, actually I'm thinking of a demo for the general public.

    Imagine this:

Anons set up a little folding table and demonstrate a stress test (blatantly reading from the scilon stress test script) and explain its purpose (bait in a Bait/Switch scam).

Just off to the side pure insanity goes on to create correct ambience - a couple of Anons demonstrate TRs. One is calling out "WALK TO THAT WALL! THANK YOU! TOUCH THAT WALL! THANK YOU" while another follows the instruction like a robot.
A third anon picks up and then puts down an ashtray repeatedly, ad infinitum, yelling out "STAND UP! SIT DOWN! STAND UP, SIT DOWN!".

If there's enough willing participants, two more can demonstrate the creepy staring game.

All under a big banner "Scientology - live demonstration" or something.

    Nice, eh?

But if that doesn't work because of faggotry, AIDS, fail and lack of enthusiasm, we'll just plant that thing on a long stick and wave it around on a protest, like a head on a pike ;)

Please send a pic. I would love to see what you accomplish! Best of luck

I'll even post work-in-progress pics, maybe that'll inspire others to make other lulzy props the same way.

I'm not going to start this until next week, though, I have another big prop project underway nao.

Might even be able to cash in!
Send all the moolah to the Sparrow fund.

I'd get someone to play Tommy and reenact the Panorama interivew.
