There will be no dox, because you will claim that it is privileged.
And it depends on YOUR definition of "handsome" (words only mean what you say they mean, and of course we are all whores and are only quibbling about the price).
But you are, by describing it yourself as "handsome", conceding that there is considerable merit to the suit.
    Fail.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

You're not going to see any dox while the case is still pending and I doubt that AO will ever be honest enough to admit it. But, it's true.

Yup, you have a history of always being right, don't you? You & DM have something in common.

I'm sure we have much in common.
    And much, not so much.
btw, I always reverve the right to be completely wrong.

If we let the mods get away with this discriminatory banning, next thing you know they'll want to feel your junk before allowing you to [strike]fly[/strike] log in.

OMG, I am so taken aback to learn that I have a "history" interesting enough to follow so closely that you have reached that rather odd conclusion.
    Cheers!

You have nothing to worry about, Barb. The mods won't touch your junk....

after AO's had his hands all over it. :p

Now that you mention it, I haven't seen him around lately. When did RP receive the B&hammer? And what for? I usually just ignored that douchebag so I didn't notice him missing.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

RP posted an offensive photo which mods domed. RP responded with alot of PMs to mods to fuck off, etc. etc. etc. and re-posted the photo. When he was infracted, RP responded with alot of derogatory PMs to mods. And was banned.

    He now posts on ESMB.

AnonOrange doesn't settle for $$$ and you call it narcissism? How about "having principles"? If AnonOrange had accepted the Moxon money, most of you would be hammering him for selling out.

Not to mention that if there was an offer you know the church would want a confidentiality agreement.

It could be Border Personality Disorder!
AO & AGP both have a lot of the characteristics and symptoms associated with this disorder:

Cult attorneys are known for playing a "good guy/bad guy" game, otherwise
known as the "carrot and stick" approach.

The offer is at first only verbal, and is made to determine how strongly the
opposing party feels at that point in the proceedings. If the offer is readily
accepted, the opponent is considered to be a "sucker" and the terms of the deal
are quickly changed (with requests for information about persons the opponent
has been supported by, and a public "gag" order after a settlement is signed)
    all to the cult's favor.

(This is why you should never provide personal information to an
unstable advocate involved in litigation against the cult).

Remember Gerry Armstrong. He took the cash, and then suffered years of
libel and slander (that he legally couldn't respond to). Gerry finally considered
the agreement invalid based on the cult's misbehavior, and to this day the
cult is still using the legal system to harass him for it.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

    LMAO.

AO made alot of ridiculous, over-the-hill demands in addition to receiving $$$... owing to AO's long-held belief that he & AGP are the only effective protesters against Scientology and they alone will bring down the cult.

They've done one hell of a job so far, haven't they?
  20. Magnonymous Member

    I'm a noob, but....this looks spaktarded.

Kinda obvious AGP and AO need to get a grip...but at the same time it's nice to see they waste so much of Morons time and money. Think the train wreck on this one already started, coulda been played a lot better by AO if he hadn't been so busy being an attention whore (calling it as I see it). Could provide useful tidbits for other Anon's. As wossname said, his folly to expose chinks that others can prise open...or somesuch.

P.S. Enjoyed reading Borderline Personality shite. Wondering how many people in the world that could be applied to, probably most. If you want to find those things in a person you'll find them. Me for eg: I could see 5/9 being applied to me if people wanted to really look for it, but at the same time there's plenty of reasons why it wouldn't apply to me.

Edit: Make that 9/9 if I get my ego outta the way first. =P

    From AGP:

AO just called me and said he had a GREAT day in court! The judge threw out almost all of the cult's obnoxious demands and the trial is on schedule. Moxon, Catherine Fraser and Cantrell were there. Protester Doug Owens was in the audience taking notes. He understands the law a lot better than I do so you will have to wait for his full report for details but ....

AO had gotten in trouble for not understanding court procedures and filing things late. The judge mostly forgave that though he may have a $300 dollar fine. He even let AO go last on the calendar so he could read a six page statement discussing the "surprise witness." That will be posted on http://www.angrygaypope.com this weekend. The identity of this ex-OSA operative was not divulged.

The judge was very easy on AO and mentioned that he (the judge) had prosecuted Scientology decades ago. You would have thought Moxon would have jumped up and demanded a new judge but he did not. Perhaps he knows how bad the judge shortage is in Riverside and he just wanted to get it over with.

When AO called he told me that Moxon, Fraser and Catrell were still conferring in the hallway. According to AO they looked very pissed/concerned. Obviously Miscavige will not be happy.

Perhaps Moxon wants to wait until after a ruling is issued then get it overturned on the grounds that the judge was biased, thus wasting as much time and money as possible.

Does the judge have a drownable dog?

After all, it's such a wonderful tactic: harass the judge, and then claim the judge was biased against them because of the harassment.

What's nice about the "fat people" video is that AGP has learned not to take the victim or defensive position in a deposition which Moxon always tries to produce because it opens the door for him to harass & intimidate witnesses. He thoroughly enjoys doing this. AGP didn't allow his to do this. Moxon continuously referred to his "taunting" and obese Scientologist and AGP kept bringing the questions back to MEST and Scientology beliefs in his answers as it relates to fat people, people who wear eyeglasses, etc.

Listen closely to Moxon's emotion tone level when he asks questions after AGP refers to MEST. You can detect a whine. Moxon was clearly enturbulated with AGP's answers..

Yeah, actually AO has done a lot. Got the inmates off base for jury duty. Raised awareness of Scientology nonsense and encroachment onto public property. And Bob Buster is now the Chairman of the Riverside BOS. You think AO's words to him have been ignored? Buster seems to be one of the few honest members of the Board. And AO has informed him well.

So yeah, AO has done a lot. He's spent hours looking up documents, talking on the phone and in person to LEO, Riverside activists, environmentalists and OSHA. With an H.
He's done a fuckton more than most of us have. His motivation for it is nunya. The reality is, he is out there hustlin' every day to spread the word in Rcide.

Until you're ready to commit to that kind of effort, kindly STFU and let the big kids play. Thank you.

Cougar? Pffft! At best, Sabertoothed Tiger. Nearly that old, anyways. I think the prerequisite is MILF and I def. do not fall into that category. I'm cool with it though. These days I no longer care much about that shit. I am beyond being perked up by a facial, lol.

It doesn't have to be either/or.
If they could do what they do without pissing off everyone, and just irritate scilons...they could do much more however.
  39. Smurf Member

They haven't pissed off everyone. There are cult critics assisting AO behind the scene and anons continue to contribute $$ to AGP.
