If the OP is a correct report of proceedings, nobody suggested to the court that Scientology had anything to do with the fire. Moxon lied. AO caught him out. And if the court thinks Scn might have caused the fire, that's because the court made the connection. It seems that it's also fair to say that AO DID have a lawyer represent him (despite his noted deficiencies as a client).

So the comment about "everyone thinks Scientology did it" was filtered through the combined douchebaggery of AO and AGP? A more reliable source could not be asked for.

Is that some kind of threat you just made there?

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

This beef between AGP, AO, and the rest of mankind is getting really fucking tiresome.

Half of you are just acting like stubborn bitches, and the rest have lost sight of the game.

Yes, AGP and AO go crazy, baiting these brainwashed fuckwits into reacting, dragging a blogged court case for the LULZ, but someone has to.

    This is their role.

And I'm aware they have no place in a traditional good old fashioned caek and masks party outside the orgs, they scare the kids with all the spare guts and over-bearing-fame hungry fuckery from the planet IgiveNotAfuck.

First I've heard about the groping Femanon allegations - (sounds familiar - yeah will someone buy Assange a packet of condoms for Christmas if he can have sex with sleeping women? How do you do that? Surely she'd wake up?!) - and if they are true groping facts, then they should be dealt with - separately.

But this court case has the potential of win, the fire was lit by someone.

So now just don't y'all go piss on it and turn into some fractionalized political bullshit that achieves nothing.

If AGP and AO expose the chinks in the armor, then they need to be prized open.

You don't have to like them, but they do bring the only real YouTube lullage these days.

And that is what matters above everything.

If this case leads to what we all know it should have led to years ago - the jailing of Miscavige - then it's a Good Thing, and those who disagree with That on some sort of dull anti-AGP.AO principle are doing it all wrong and will one day realize that their efforts amounted to nothing.

It is the Christmas season, so let us put aside out sceptic thoughts and focus on how best to exploit and harpoon.

Be not tempted by the path of righteous indignation.

    Be ready.

This is a civil case that AO filed against the cult. Court-appointed attorneys are only assigned to indigent defendants in a criminal case.

AO has seen 3 attorneys come & go already in his case. AO, as he always does, blames someone else for his problems & lays the blame on attorneys scared of fighting Scientology.

As his last lawyer's letter attests, his own reckless behavior & actions led to his attorneys walking out on him, just as his prior two attorneys did. Ask AO's first lawyer, Graham Berry, why he dumped AO as a client..

Expect his lawsuit to be dismissed by the Court in the next 1-2 months.

Did you here about those buildings falling down in NYC?

No need to read past here, as you are a noob. If this is the first time you heard of these multi year old references, who knows what else you don't know.

At the very least AO is tying Moxon up and preventing the b-----d from doing other dirty work.

What I said about the fire was directed towards the handful of people in here who seem to be clinging to the notion that either the fire was related to scientology or who think that the court was thinking that. Saying someone should help the court out? Well that was just me being lovable ol' me.

I do not find any mainstream news coverage on this alleged arson. I have written to the law firm asking about it however I suspect that the belief is false, that if there was an arson the Scientology crime syndicate did not commit this particular crime.

Successful law firms are the target of retribution and retaliation constantly, and the notion that cock sucker Miscaviage ordered the arson is unreasonable given the history of such RICO predicate acts against law firms, and also given the mundane extant case's charges of simple assault.

Also no other law firms are talking about this alleged arson, either, at least not on line anywhere that Google can find.

AO is once again seeped in conspiracy buttfuckery, by all available evidence, though it will be interesting to see if the law firm is willing or able to confirm any of the suppositions.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

AnonOrange was forced to get up and respond, saying "That's a lie. A few weeks after William Kennedy took my case his house burned down in a suspicious fire."

This is true. It was arson and interestingly timed, like so many things Scientology's been suspected of doing. The article, such as it was, was in a small local paper and just mentioned a structure fire of suspicious origin and there was no follow up.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

Okay, well that's actually good news since it means that the suspicious nature of the fire and the coincidental timing can be spread out along the 'net for commentary. It'll be interesting to see if the law firm calls me or emails, I sent them my IRL phone number, name, and email address.

What fun! Sad seeing how Anonymous lost and all, though. }:-} Miscaviage would not have proclaimed victory if Scientology had not actually won, after all. <snicker> Maybe the San Diego Scifags forgot to inform him that Anonymous is outside of their business offices once a week.

    LOL

AGP is now calling out someone else for bad website design on that thread.
  26. Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

I'd never heard of that either. Why so hostile? Also what is this, an Xbox Live game of Call of Duty? You're berating someone for being a "noob"?

I don't follow anything AO does too closely, but I'm aware of his tendency to be a tad impulsive and be unable to accept that other people just aren't going to care as much about Scientology as him. This tends to get him in trouble and have many disregard him as a nuisance. So do I expect some kind of train wreck from this? One is more likely to occur from his involvement than by chance alone, that's for sure. But what I do pay attention to makes me see he's fairly intelligent and cares about what he does. He puts a lot of effort into catching the cult in legal technicalities that could potentially fuck them over (jury duty, OSHA complaints, calling Jeff Stone and friends mandated reporters for abuse...). So I wish him luck and hope he doesn't mess this up.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

The really interesting thing here is that he effectively called Moxon a lier in court, and not only did not get slapped down, but had the judge agreeing with him to the degree he had the time limitation prolonged.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

Calling a lawyer a liar in court is vry srs bz. It was like slapping Moxon in the face with a live halibut. Luckily Moxon was overconfident and thought he could get away with a clumsy lie.

I hope that was a carefully considered response by AO, and that he doesn't make a habit of it. Otherwise Moxon is going to try to provoke more outbursts with careful lies, his stock in trade.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

You have been here long enough to know what AO is about, his actions, and why he was banned here.

Maybe you are retarded? I don't know. But you should stop saying you don't quite understand why this place is not an AO-fest and read old threads lest you continue to appear dense.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

I don't care if this place is not an AO fest, it's probably a better site because of it.

I don't see the burning importance to some here of "declaring" AO and AGP as though you were Scilon retards, it's childish and pointless.

I'm only interested in seeing Moxon getting what he deserves, and if it takes AO or AGP to do that, then it is win.

"LOL fuck off noob" is the type of response I would expect to read from someone who perhaps needs to take this site less seriously and maybe turn their computer off and have a walk in the real world once in a while.

I don't know if I was around for that bit of fail by AO, but didn't he grope Pikachu? As far as being dealt with separately, it is my understanding they have been. If AGP and AO do something good, they'll have my appreciation. When they fuck up again, they'll have my laughter.

Would someone help me understand what this video represents? I've watched it close to two hundred times (it is mesmerizing) and I love the video too. I think I read on YouTube that Moxon flagged the vid but many mirrors were popping up.

Yes, I tried the search function. "Mushroom" and "snake" didn't get me far.

Why do I get the feeling though that AS will be banned, if he isnt already, merely because of his court case?

Sounds like people get banned, even though supported, when they take further action than just sitting on the sidelines wearing masks.

BTW I know RP and a few others were banned for fucked up shit but just an observation.

No, that's only in civilized countries, like Canada. Here in America, you have to pay to get redress for legitimate grievances.

Re: AnonOrange takes on Moxon in court hearing...

It's pretty clear to people tied to AO's case that the judge will ultimately dismiss the case. AO was offered a handsome financial settlement in the case earlier this year by Moxon's public attorney, David Cantrell, and he turned it down. Why?

Because AO's high-brow narcissism took over and he demanded that DM remove all the security fences, cameras and ground censors at Gold Base as part of the settlement. Duh. Like, an ultra-paranoid cult run by a very paranoid cult dictator is going to agree to this.

If AO had a lick of common sense, he would have agreed to the settlement & moved on with what he's doing, but no, he decided to stick it out & toy not only with Moxon, but with the court. AO did not win in his court hearing.. the judge simply gave him some time to prepare the court documents that he failed to file in the first place.

AO will either have to find another attorney (not likely) or hire an attorney to prepare & file court documents on his behalf by the required deadlines (very expensive endeavor) otherwise the judge will dismiss the case with prejudice (it cannot be refiled at a later date).

The judge was unusually considerate in giving AO extra time to file the required court documents after whining he didn't have an attorney.. that excuse, however, goes only so far in a court inundated with court cases waiting to be heard in Riverside County.
