You take the position that Kim & Vicky were acting (or not acting) like a normal person would in the situation, totally ignoring the fact that Sparrow was a target of a coordinated, black op by OSA & Rick Moxon to shut down Sparrow & his protesting. Plain & simple.

Kim & Vicki are following the instructions given them by OSA. Everything they say to the police, to the judge, to the attorneys in deposition have been fed to them & drilled by OSA. And they followed policy.

They couldn't find any crimes in Sparrow's background to blackmail him for, so they manufactured the crime. Ranting & raving over what these two women did & why they did it is a waste of time.. they did what they have long been trained to do.. they followed OSA-Legal's orders without question.

Don't be so sure. The American jury system has a long history of imperfections & alot of people have been found guilty of crimes that they were later exonerated from with DNA evidence.

Juries consist of human beings with personal prejudices, biases, and points of view. Some juries have been known for making decisions based on emotions and not facts.

Look what happened to O.J. Simpson's criminal trial. Justice for Sparrow will be determined on how good his attorney is at convincing the jury that Sparrow was set up by the Scilon cunts and Sparrow deserves to be acquitted of all charges.

Sparrow has to convince the judge of nothing. The prosecution has to convince the judge that there's any merit whatsoever to the very idea of "attempted stalking" in this case, and that if there is, back it up factually. If they pull that off, somehow, Sparrow doesn't have to convince the judge of anything but that convicting him of a crime for pretty clearly First Amendment protected activity would get him reversed by an appeals court.

I'd expect them to try to come to him at the last minute with some kind of deal and then Sparrow decides whether he wants to roll the dice. I don't think much of the charges, but any deal that involves no conviction of anything and gets the charges eventually thrown out, like a stet or a pretrial diversion, will possibly be tempting. The problem with being a criminal defendant is that while the odds of winning a case like this are probably good, the consequences of losing are ugly and go on your permanent record, even if it's only a fine, and you don't win a prize if you win.

That's why the cult likes this kind of attack when they can get either a bent or incredibly stupid prosecutor (hard to know which) on their side willing to make a federal case (it's D.C. after all) out of someone yelling. In any event it is a disgrace when local governments are going broke left and right that anyone has money to waste pandering to a cult. Scientology basically gets to gamble with taxpayer's money here. They have nothing to lose in this case, and automatically win by just keeping Sparrow away for months, regardless of what happens. Oh, well. It's WWP.

As another participant in reviewing all of Sparrow's videos for his defense, it would be more than 1% but not by much. The cult very much made this about her.

We've been fair around here as well, noting poor behavior when needed (albeit very limited and then sometimes hilarious).
