The proper form is "He got teh gay into..."

Otherwise, is it proper for a manager, etc. of the forum to post own ideas?

If someone disagrees with you, is it a permaban?

Believe it or not, we actually have a standard of ethics thread in the mod forum. Avoid handing out infractions for stuff you're personally involved in, know the rules, communicate with other mods etc.

Speaking of Pansy bashing, interesting wiki-article. Oh the irony of AGP's pansy crusade.

AGP's arraignment in Murrieta has been continued to July 6, 2009 @ 7:30 IN DEPT. S104.

AGP waived time for trial to July 6, 2009 plus 45 days.

Elliott Abelson was in court representing Golden Era and requested that stay-away order be placed on AGP.

The court read & acknowledged the police report filed in the matter and granted Abelson's request.

AGP is banned from protesting within 50 feet from Golden Era Productions (essentially the same stay-away order placed against AO pending the outcome of his trial.)

So he has to stay 20' farther away than current protesters?
  19. Anonymous Member

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

It'd be 50 ft away from the entire compound. There is currently no restriction on other protesters unless they're specifically targeting a residence.

You know...I was hella behind AGP when he started his shit. But I seem to find his constant ATTENTION WHORING to be unbearable. God speed man. So tired of hearing about him.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

Exactly my question. It's 30' based on that law isn't it?

Next question is how far is it from property line to property line where the property is on both sides of the road. If close to 50', he'll have to stand in the road. If <50' then he's been shut out.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

so why read a thread with "Angry Gay Pope" in the title? AGP makes some of us laugh n he really pisses off the scilons - he also actually edits his vids down to something watchable - I think you need to spend a few hours watching Tory Magoo vids to help you redefine "unbearable"

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

Fair comment, but Anon isn't about personal armies or personal profit.

In the beginning, AGP did a good job (despite being a loose cannon at times)

He got v&, and a donation pot was started up to cover his legal expenses. Again, fair enough.

But AGP has now turned the "donations" business into a lucrative sideline, which has personally made him over $10,000 in "donations". Again, fair enough if people want to give him cash.

    However....

The latest "panzygate" episode serves the anon cause absolutely ZERO material benefit (the only lame excuse for AGP's actions is that "it will tie the Scilon lawyers up with work". Yeah, right.)

So AGP gets v& again, and as before, Graham Berry has to handle all legal paperwork, admin and fees on a pro bono basis (and from expenses donations given to him by anons to fight the cult productively)

Net effect, Graham's expenses fund drops thru the floor, and AGP makes a few more videos plus a few more grand in personal donations.

Does that really (and honestly) seem to be a productive use of time or effort? (or even provide anon with positive "PR"?)

Perhaps this explains why many anons think that AGP is a cancer to our cause, and a drain on funds at a time when Graham could use them a lot more productively.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

GB as far as i am aware chooses how to spend his time and probably enjoys every opportunity to try and stuff the cult in the courtroom - for me, GB's greatest contribution by far, is that he very generously shares his vast knowledge of the cults legal history with the rest of us

As for AGP - lulz + pssed off scilons + media is good enough for me

Every "army" needs a clown or two - good for moral

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

There is a thread about this. He has gotten many thousands of donations..I think he said in one post it was around 7 grand. he has given some of the money to GB for expenses.

Some of those people that donate to AGP might consider donating to Victim44 who actually does have a case to pursue against a Security Firm and possibly Scientology.

    AFACT, dox are "mixed".

Yes, he's collected a substantial amount of $ (several thousand)
Yes, he's passed some of that on to GB
Yes, there's a dispute over whether the percentage AGP keeps / GB gets is reasonable.

From glancing at the numbers last time they were posted, my (not an accountant or a lolyer) impression was that it was borderline reasonable. Not grate, but not outraegeous.

I wouldn't personally donate to AGP, but I would not advise other anons to do so or not- lurk moar and decide for yourself.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

I've donated several hundred to AGP in recent months but after his latest "Fuck everyone at WWP all you do is sit behind computers rawr it's all me" rant I decided to put a stop to that. Better spent on fliers than someone who hates the people that donate to him.

It'll be interesting to see how this turns out next month. They have no case.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

Same here over time I've donated several hundred dollars to AGP.

I will not longer do that, I'm actually debating not donating to GB either if my donations are going to this kind of behavior.

    I find it despicable.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

You obviously know very little about Graham and his circumstances. Let me share the shortened version with you.

    1. Many moons before anon, Graham took on the Cult and was basically drowned by escalating Court costs. The Scilons got damages/costs against him for over a million dollars.

    2. Graham could have taken the "easy" option and gone bust, but out of spite for Moxon he took the honorable option and refused to do so.

    3. If Graham earns a single penny in fee income as a lawyer, the Cult will simply go back to Court and take it off him.

    4. For some time, Graham has been working single handed (and earning zip diddley) to bring the Cult down legally - again before anon.

    5. When anon came along, Graham generously agreed to help anyone genuinely being attacked by the Cult as a result of protesting etc.

    6. In reality, only a few individuals have been singled out for Cult attention. In the beginning, these were legitimate cases.

    7. As Graham dug these individuals out of the mire, some of them seem to have embraced the "attention" to the point that they embarked on what many anons would consider to be reckless and pointless actions.

    8. Being the nice guy that he is, Graham has continued to help these individuals which:

    (a) Costs money which has been given to Graham to help with his expenses (thus reducing the work that can be done), but more importantly

    (b) Ties up Graham on frivolous tasks, thus taking him away from (and slowing down) his own original 'anti-cult' actions.

It could be said that a small minority of people are taking the piss with Graham's generosity, because they know he'll be there to proverbially bail them out when they f*ck it up.

I agree that lulz are all part of anon. But when it starts eating up resources and time which slow down more serious work that Graham could be doing, one has to start questioning the real interests of those who use Graham to protect them when they go off on "comic" (but relatively pointless!) activities.

If you look at this thread: http://forums.whyweprotest.net/26-think-tank/graham-berry-fundraiser-40690/

you'll see how hard it is financially for Graham to keep going.

Which is why it seems a bit of a piss take when some anons are making many thousands of dollars in "donations" - the bulk of which they keep to fund their "lifestyle" - when Graham can hardly afford to put gas in his car.

If I have got any of Graham's circumstances wrong, then I'm sure someone will put the record straight.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

From what I can tell, he's been doing this all along.
I don't *really* blame him. He's got a short fuze, is moderately paranoid, and seems to have extraordinarily thin skin. After he spazzes and attacks Anonymous and emoquits, he tends to come back quieter and less agitated a few days later.

He has trouble handling criticism, and really needs to learn more socially acceptable behavior. Not a genuinely bad apple, does not really hate Anonymous- but these antics won't win him a lot of sympathy.

Suggestion to AGP: Next time take your meds BEFORE, when you feel an attack coming on, not after. <3

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

Thanks and of course it goes without saying that people should decide for themselves. But I also think we should give our opinions pro and con about giving dono's.

I'm fine with giving dono's to Graham and to anyone else who has legal expenses due to protesting Scn. I'm not in favor of giving donos to anons for their living expenses, buying film, or whatever else they feel like spending it on.

But that's just me. Others can and will do what they want.

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

    WTF???

I do know GB's history - also i wasn't being critical of GB in anyway

IMHO GB's knowledge of the legal back story of the cult + his access to and interpretation of Co$ legal dox is second to none, this is of gigantic value to all of us. (and yes i have read with burning eyes all the legal stuff he has posted over time on many sites)

    and

As far as I can tell, GB loves a court room punch up with the scilons whenever he gets the chance

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

As far as I can see, this will be useful in saying, with legitimate cause, DOX OR GTFO to the Scilons in terms of property lines, this could be the case that defines in stone the boundaries of HGB..
  35. Anon-007 Member

Re: Angry Gay Pope Arraignment for Pansy Stomping Tomorrow (Wed. 5/6)

    Very doubtful.

The "two Marks" and "AO" cases should clarify the boundaries, whereas the AGP case is more concerned with criminal damage.

i.e. There is no dispute that the Scilons owned the pansies, nor is there any dispute that AGP stomped on them deliberately (he's even posted a furking video of him doing it - not very bright really!)

The only possible area open for debate is whether the Scilon flower beds are on public or Scilon land - but this does not alter the fact that AGP willfully damaged their property.

And before anyone starts arguing the toss, consider this analogy. Let's say you leave a bike outside your house at the end of a driveway, and someone deliberately wrecks it.

Would your claim against them be any different if the bike was on the public sidewalk, as opposed to your driveway?

Nope (although you might also get them for trespass into the bargain if they went onto your property!) And it's the same in this case.

People ITT are calling you an oppourtunist, a fraud and in essence a thief.

An honest man would be offended. He would come defend himself.

    $10,000?

More silly nonsense from Forseti designed to stop me!

Hilarious docs coming later today when I update my Angry Gay Pope Home Page website with details on yesterday's pretty funny court hearing.

MEANWHILE, more bawwing from Forseti saying exactly the things the cult told him to say in order to undermine me and my efforts.

$10,000 dollars in donations? Where did that number come from? The correct amount is slightly less than 7,000 last year several thousand of which were donated to graham even though I paid taxes on it.

Not only is Graham more than happy to help me any time but I just spend about twenty hours and three different trips to his house to sort out his complex small business computer network. I charge $75/hour for that usuually that means I donated about two thousand dollars to graham's efforts over the last two weeks simply by doing my work "pro bono" too. Wish I got paid as much as a lawyer did! This is called "friendship" and "teamwork" and Graham is very happy with everything I've done. If he felt he was wasting his time he wouldn't do it.

AND, anonymous people on this board are claming to be disgusted with me and no longer donating "hundreds" of dollars to me. There are very few people who have donated that much to me and I know who they all are. They would not post anonymously on a board to bad mouth me about pansy related issues (PRIs). It's pretty obvious which anonymous posters are cultists/proxies.

And guess why I have posted NEXT TO NO videos lately? Because people aren't donating to me. Donations = time to make funny videos. Period. Because I have so few legal expenses that is what donations to AGP buy, funny videos! I have great footage and am doing many things but people don't see them because I'm not making the videos. And I'm not making the videos because people aren't donating. That means I have to go back to my regular ways of earning a living.

And why aren't they donating besides a bad economy? I've been thrown off of youtube by Kendrick Moxon and people like Forseti (who I am told is posting here under an assumed name now) are trying to tear me down for my dear dear efforts.

This post would have been a discussion of the funny events yesterday but instead I had to defend myself. Log in later today to find out how:

    1. The DA told my lawyer she doens't believe or care if Operation Snow White happened or that Scientology is evil
    2. I am a personal danger to VICTIM Catherine Fraser!
    3. A single snapdragon costs FIFTEEN DOLLARS! ANd it's a few inches high!

Big laughs later today. Bye FOrseti!

Lolwut???? Anon has now become pay per view!!!!

Re: More silly nonsense from Forseti designed to stop me!

WHAT?? The DA said she doesn't believe Snow White happened and doesn't care if it did? This sounds like a DA who needs to brush up on her resume because she's going to need a new job soon. Maybe a PM with an address for me to poon pls?

Is this just about Catherine Fraser considering she's just the poor "victim"?

Snapdragons cost $15 in worlds that do not exist, and I guess that would be scientology's world. I've paid less than that for something that's more than a few inches high, and got a lot more enjoyment out of it than I would have gotten from a snapdragon.

And speaking of snapdragons, did they eat the pansies or something?
