Cool. Every visitor to downdown Cleawater should be issued with these as an official guide, except titled: "Places to Avoid in Clearwater".

I drew a line around the cultie's buildings so one could better delineate how much of the real estate was scilon. I considered the "numbers" as inadequate markers.

    Oops... forgot the notes.

    1. Waters Edge. Semi-failed condo complex. Started construction in the real estate boom. Many units "sold" to culties. Many purchase contracts cancelled. C of S tried a bid to get the units that the developer "gave back" to the bank because they couldn't pay on their construction loan.

    2. A Clearwater government building. They were trying to sell this.

    3. Clearwater's new(ish) library building.

    4. The location for the new boat slips that would cost so much money and make not-enough for the City of Clearwater. Project is pushed by the scilons.

    5. Block of office and shop spaces on Cleveland St. A favorite location for scilon businesses. Ghost town -like.

    6. Same as 5. Tall bldg on end is owned by scilons... and for sale.

    7. Obscured behind the CofS's Sandcastle's tall section is the condo/coop building on the waterfront that C of S extorted out of its members. (Pushing/extorting them to sell their units to C of S.) I don't know how many of the units are now owned by C of S, or whether the whole bldg has been bought out. Part of public recs if someone wants to check. Location: 300 N Osceola.

    8. Five acres of undeveloped waterfront. Failed hi-rise condo project "Island View". The unexperienced developers were scilons. Project was bought by the lender-bank who was owed $22M and sold it to C of S for $10M.

Here's a few moar cult building identified in red:
    cultiebuildings2.jpg

    1) The building the Freewinds is administered out of. It has telltale bars on all the first and second floor windows.

    2) Somewhere in here is the former Narconon building now being renovated for CCHR Florida. Hard to pinpoint from the angle of the pix.

    3) The "Clearwater Bank Building" aka CBB, which houses the cafeteria for the SeaOrg and some other flag visitors. The cult also owns every single nondescript building behind the CBB all the way to the next block.

    Front of the CBB

A friend of mine visits his relatives in Clearwater from time to time. Once he went to a hospital there to see someone and ran into a Scientologist who spends his time in the hospital recruiting. Must be pretty low-key recruiting otherwise he would most likely be kicked out. But it only goes to show the concentration of Scientologists in that city. It's too bad about that.

    Keep at it Clearwater Anons.

I noticed that too. If there isn't a net nanny then someone there isn't doing their job.

Seriously, it can get really scary downtown. Hate the scientology there — it's made an otherwise beautiful community feel like Mars. I guess that's a Theta Environment?
