Action against jailbait sites

I posted the other day about minors on Image FAP and found that many of those pictures had the logo from a site called prime jailbait. I reported one user for posting such pictures and was able to get his profile placed under review.

I thought of a plan that might work to bring down jailbait sites, but the only downside is that it would include browsing the sites. I was thinking that if any identifying clues are left on any of the pictures such school names or school sports jerseys, then the schools can be identified and the administrators can be tipped off. This could result in a lot scrutiny from school administrators and parents against those sites and could potentially lead to lawsuits against those sites.

Any thoughts? Does anyone know the legality of being on such a site?

Any and all images of underage chid pornography needs to be reported online to NCMEC and they will investigate or forward to law enforcement. Thanks.

Ummmm....good luck with that whole "I was looking at kiddie porn to save the children" defense. Of course, you could try the alternate route of contacting authorities ahead of time and informing them that you would like to put a stop to kiddie porn by looking at kiddie porn. I'm absolutely certain that would go over well. They would obviously see the pure intentions of your heart and suspect nothing else.

The pictures I reported on image fap were non-pornographic (school cheerleaders, sports teams, etc) all of which had the logo of the site. I also did a who.is search on the site and found that it is hosted in the united states and has been up since 2009. If they were hosting kiddie porn, don't you think they would be shut down by now? These sites simple host images that are found on social media. Its not the content on the site, but the site's purpose for using the images that is the issue. I'll ask a legal expert before considering.

I asked a legal expert about this and he said unfortunately nothing can be done about these sites. They're not technically breaking any copyright laws, so lawsuits against them would be ineffective. These sites are also currently protected by the 1st amendment and for some reason, lawmakers won't pass legislation to outlaw them. Even if these sites get shut down in the US, the site owners will just host them in another country. So forget everything I mentioned above. It would be a waste of time.

There are several levels of CP, from a legal and prosecution definition, and "cheerleading" has nothing to do with whether something is deemed pornographic. Kids can be fully clothed. I think you know that. I think you also know that something labeled "jailbait" is open to scrutiny.

But, whatever. The world does sorta work together now and then, so it matters not if other countries decide to host them. There are international treaties in place for child stuff, including jailbait, porn, trafficking, etc. If you had access to that legal expertise you cited today, and it was legit, I doubt you'd have come to this forum for advice in the first place.

Section 2260 of Title 18, United States Code supports that it doesn't matter which country hosts the sites. So, your legal expert needs to brush up on federal law.

Secondly, this isn't a situation that would be handled in civil court via lawsuits. These are federal crimes that are allegedly being committed. Contact National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Please don't play vigilante superhero. Not because it's dangerous to you, but because it messes up so many cases it's not even funny.

I asked about it on a legal forum and it seemed like they were defending the site. I was told that my imagination and speculation doesn't give me the right to interfere with someones website. Another user accused me of trying to pull off a "fishing expedition."

I'm still very new at this as I'm sure you've noticed. That is why I figured I propose an idea and ask first. I'm definitely not going to attempt anything or go anywhere near the site. I don't want to engage in anything that may be illegal or a waste of time and energy.

I think you got push-back when the question becomes freedom vs. censorship. You may not like something (I think most of us would agree that the Westboro baptist church are carbon based scum.) but because you don't like something is that a reason to censor it?You start censoring things that are not illegal, distasteful, but not illegal then where does it stop? Do we now have to consider every bodies feelings? You are creating a gordian knot of epic proportions.

What I do disagree with them, is trying to curb your reaction. Just as these sites exist, they don't have the right to not be challenged for what they are doing. You have just as much right to challenge and question what they are doing. It's no different with scientology. They have a right to believe what they want, but they are not immune to criticism.

So, go as far as you want to go. Just stay on the legal side of things. I'd rather see someone challenge and criticize something that may not be right, than to shrug, figure there is nothing you can do and move on.

I'm all for allowing people to think and live the way they want, but in this case it is a little different. When you have webmasters allowing users to upload pictures of minors (even if the pictures are taken from social media sites) and being used for the wrong reasons, then it becomes exploitation. Even sites like image fap allow their users to get away with this kind of crap. A user who's profile I had put under review was released and he is still allowed to use that site. You have to think of it as if you were a parent and someone was using a picture of your son or daughter for that purpose. I brought that up on the legal forum as well. All I got was a snide remark in return.

I fully understand where you are coming from. What they are doing on that site, to my moral understanding, is wrong. But, the question from a legal stand point is a different question. It's like KKK rallies. I view them as hateful, morally bankrupt, assholes who- in a sense- contribute to violence against other races. There are many things one could do to counter such rallies, like writing to a newspaper, conducting your own "reason" rally, etc. Would I go so far as to push legislation to ban KKK rallies? Nope, I won't.

I agree with your sentiments. I don't even think I'd appose a very succinct law making it illegal to post any type of pictures of children on a website that it's whole purpose is of a sexualized nature. What I wouldn't want is a broad definition, that will be abused, so you'd become a criminal if you posted a pic of your 12 year old taking a swim.

Sometimes we have to take the bad with the good, to live in a free society. But, you'll also note that I encourage those, to take to task, something that maybe should be illegal. Society will help decide what side of the fence you are sitting on.

But you wouldn't post a pic of your 12 yr old taking a swim on a site labeled FAP or JAILBAIT. Come on. A lot of these sites are ripping off pics from legit sites, like Facebook. For what purposes?

Please don't use WBC as a comparison. It's a bit apples/oranges. I was at a funeral they protested a week plus ago. They were a block away. Did their schtick, then left after less than an hour. Was it pleasant? No, but it was easy to ignore, and no one went away thinking any of them were masturbating to the image of the person who was being eulogized, who happened to be an underage child, by the way. Even the KKK tries to promote a message. These messages might be evil, yes. But, they're not used to self-stimulate by a myriad users who are sexual predators or sexual pedophiles of children. Sorry. To me - big difference. Sexual deviance and exploitation of children in any form is NOT freedom of speech in any way, shape, or form. Take that to the Supremes and see how they rule.

Your gut/instinct always gives you the right to get involved interfere. Just go to the proper places where people are authorized to help you. If you're not sure who to turn to, go to the people I first suggested. They listen, no question is silly to them, and they help. They also have the true "power" to get shit done.

Make some noise. I mean a lot of it. Our government just now this week is getting all up into colleges/universities and the situation behind their brushing sexual assaults under the carpets. Why? Because enough students across the country said, "Enough is enough" and brought facts and bodied to Capitol Hill.

Educate Facebook users to stop posting all of their kids' pics to the world, and instagrams, etc. People make their lives too accessible to the creeps living in the sewers.

Raven, I agree. If you call yourself a "fap"site well you are a "fap" site. At the very least as a "fapper" one should complain to the admin. WTF? I can't fap to this! I'm going to a real porn site that doesn't include seemingly inane images that foster the most evil,perverse,human behavior.

Nothing can legally be done because it is not CP. Everyone on prime jailbait is clothed or in bikinis and all pictures were taken from open accounts (facebook, snapchat, instagram, etc.). Today's young generation loves the internet and posting their pictures anywhere they can think of and most of the accounts they set up aren't private so anyone can access their pictures and post them on other sites like prime jailbait and teengallery.com their are also cum tribute sites that have pictures of teens and shows men masturbating to the pictures until they ejaculate all over them and again nothing can be done because these pictures are taken from non private accounts. There are also other sites called fake pics and they get the face shots of underage teens and put them on a naked body, for example there are a lot of fake pics of Jojo Siwa and other dance moms teens having sex. As long as those pictures are out there on the internet for everyone to see, someone will always save them for themselves and use them as they wish.
